An untreated hepatic abscess is nearly uniformly fatal as a result of complications that include sepsis, empyema, or peritonitis from rupture into the pleural or peritoneal spaces, and retroperitoneal extension. Treatment should include drainage, either percutaneous or surgical.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Unlike other infections, antibiotics alone will not usually cure an abscess. In general an abscess must open and drain in order for it to improve. Sometimes draining occurs on its own, but generally it must be opened with the help of a warm compress or by a doctor in a procedure called incision and drainage (i&d).

More likely to be tuberculosis, sometimes crowns disease.
Needs drainage by pigtail is preferred. If it fails or multiloculated abscess or gas forming organism, then Surgical drainage is needed
Please see a general surgeon for the same.
Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.
