Also start taking kanchnaar guggulu 2 tb twice a day after meals regularly for 3 months.

Hello Lybrate-User, Would take time to heal. Ensure proper precautions. Use mask till you are completely healed. Review every week with your ent spl to keep a track in healing process.

sensitivity and Koch`s for further management .

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment we must plan for antibiotics therapy and also plan for abscess drainage

More likely to be tuberculosis, sometimes crowns disease.
Needs drainage by pigtail is preferred. If it fails or multiloculated abscess or gas forming organism, then Surgical drainage is needed
