in most cases cin1 regresses spontaneously.
go for repeat pap smear and HPV testing after 6 months ,if it has regressed then go for annual checkups.
if it has not regressed or has progressed to cin2 then you should go for colposcopy guided biopsy

You need to do urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example, if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that, it can give a false negative or false-positive test.
