Never do this things if you have any personal problem talk to your parents or consult a doctor and talk to them. As per now you can take pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast.

your blood pressure medications, arthritis (since you have joint pain) or obesity, since your weight of 72 kg is quite high for your height.
