First of all please note if you had this type of pain before! If yes whether it was always unilateral or not. It may be benign like TAC (trigeminal autonomic cephalgia) if it is always unilateral or other vascular headache like migraine if it is bilateral. However we need to rule out a secondary (more serious) etiology at your age if it is of new onset. So, please meet a good neurologist at your earliest opportunity.
