Even though treatments are available to curb nicotine craving, you should have sheer will power if you want to stop smoking. Nicotine gum, patches etc will help you. Take care.

Dear Karthik,
Smoking causes nausea and lack of appetite. Many persons smoke when they can not afford food. It depends on how long you smoke and how much you smoke.
Since yours is only months, this is the time to say "NO" to smoking. It will be more difficult later.
Apart from relief from weird taste and nausea, stopping smoking has more health benefits. You will be able to enjoy your food better.

Dear lybrate-user, it is good that you want to quit smoking, a normal human takes oxygen into lungs 15 -20 times per minute (15 - 20 breaths) lungs mixes oxygen in blood and it purifies our blood, by smoking we are mixing not only oxygen adding and mixing bad elements like nicotine etc. In oxygen that spoils blood and our body.
How to quit: by willingness and willpower" where there is a will there is a way" reduce one by one day by day.
