In my ultrasound report "Gaseous distension of bowel loop seen" what does it means? Is it something to worried about? Please let me know that please. I am very much in tension. Thank you.

No worries it is a common finding when you r not able to passes gases and due to constipation sometimes there is gaseous distension of the abdomen.

Baby aaj kal tak ghum raha tha likin aaj ultrasound karne ke baad doctor bata raha he bacha ghum nehi raha he or uska heart kaam nehi kar raha he .hum kya kare.

Meet the Gynaecologist urgently and go for a repeat ultrasound scan.
Management of situation will depend on fetal gestational age, maternal condition and other factors.
If it is true that the heart of baby is not working, then surgical removal of baby is done by gynaecologist.

Palpitations are common in females
as you are 40 year age, you need to undergo investigations like echo, ecg etc and meet a general physician.
If every test comes normal, it can be due to gastritis gas acidity and indigestion
for that you have to decrease weight and take antacids.

I am CD 13, had my ultrasound done today, there are 6 follicles. Endometrial thickness is 9 mm triple line. Follicle sizes are nearing 25 x 15 17 x 12 18 x 13 and so on. There are 4 follicles on right and 2 on left. Going to take HCG shot in evening 7 pm on CD 13. IUI is planned on CD 15. Is everything good for IUI to proceed?

Nipt is an expensive test and not diagnostic. It's better to go for a diagnostic test like cvs now or an amniocentesis later at around 15 weeks .these tests are invasive but accurate. With suspicion of downs syndrome its better to get things clear before 20 weeks pregnancy.
