as we all know that smoking is the leading cause of lung cancer. There are several researches done and papers published on this. Although it is difficult to calculate the risk associate with it. It totally depends on person’s overall health and it’s response to the inhalation of toxic smoke. So it won’t be appropriate to say that you will be safe after smoking 1 cigarette or 2 for how long. It is advisable to quit smoking as early as possible and lead a healthy life.
