It is very good that you r much health conscious. But let me tell you one very important, bitter but honest thing, only medication can't cure your condition. You have to strictly follow some diet and lifestyle habits with your medication. And you should consult with all your reports to a qualified doctor soon.

Get your thyroid profile, cbc, vit b12, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach.
