My daughter has asthma which gets worse in April-May. She also gets eruptions on her skin (on arms and legs) at this time which are like mosquito bites and cause itching. Is there some cure for these skin eruptions?

General Physician (AM)
Alternative Medicine Specialist, Chandigarh
An attack may be brought on by contact with substances to which the person is sensitive and emotional or dietary factors should not be overlooked. A sudden change of temperature can bring on an attack. Some alleviation of the symptoms may be obtained with the use of the appropriate tissue salts. Consult a homeopath/Biochemist who will ask you questions to ascertain your personality and ailment. Permanent cure is available in homeopathy. In the mean time try CUPRUM ARS ,KALI PHOS , NAT SULPH 12X 4 pills 4 times A DAY OF EACH. GOD bless

I feel continuous cough since last 2 weeks, I did tests for TB. But it's result was negative. ESR above 30, no more findings.

General Physician, Cuttack
1. Do a complete blood examination like cbc, esr, mantoux test, x ray chest, sputum examination for afb (3 samples). 2. Consult chest physician with report. 3. If all the reports are normal, your could be due to allergy. Do an allergy test after consulting allergist/immunologist and follow the advice and treatment 4. Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily, 5. Avoid smoking if you smoke. 6. Consult me for further advice.

I am a 16 year boy and I am playing cricket regularly I am a fast bowler with a big run up when I complete 4-5 balls then I am facing problem in taking breath and trying myself to take breath faster so please tell me that how can I increase my stamina please help.

BAMS
Ayurveda, Ambala
Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.
