No need to worry about white thing. It is nocturnal emission. It's common in your age. And regarding small penis don't worry. As long as it is getting hard don't worry about size. If you still have doubt consult urologist. Don't go to quacks or rmps.
U have to observe at what time he is passing urine. U wake up fifteen min before and make your boy pass urine. Soon he will stop bedwetting. If still have problem meet near by urologist.
Definitely helps. In case of renal stones best thing is to drink 3-4 liters of water per day. Decrease salt and non veg. Repeat scan after 3 months. Depending on size next time treatment is based.
Regarding prostate cancer lot of literature is available on net. You will get confused as you said. If you r otherwise healthy you have to undergo biopsy.
Turp is commonly done surgery. Any urologist can do it reasonably well. Turp cannot b done robotically. So go ahead with your surgery.
