Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. For reducing belly fat, consume foods that contain soluble fibre such as nuts, seeds, lentils and beans. Never skip breakfast. Avoid eating bad fats but eat foods that contain good fats. Avoid junk, oily and outside food completely. Drink plenty of water. You need to increase your calorie intake by increasing your carbohydrates & protein intake. You can have parathas, cheese sandwiches in your breakfast. Increase 1 chapati more in your lunch & dinner. Add rice in your lunch. Include vegetables, dal, salad ,curd in your daily meals. You can have milkshakes, cookies fruits in between your meals. Add sweet dish. Eat every 2-3 hours.

Hello lybrate-user. Here are few things which you could do in order to gain weight. 1. Eat frequently bet 2 to 3 hours per day. 2. Do not skip your breakfast. Add a carb and a protein source to give good start. 3. Eat foods which are rich in carb prit and fat as they are energy giving foods. 4. Include ghee butter cheese paneer in your daily diet. 5. Increase your milk consumption and also eggs and meat. 6. Try increase your portion size. 7. Have nuts and dry fruits with you all the time and hav it if you don find anythin els. You can gain weight with proper diet and weight training exercises. All the best.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Hi lybrate user, to loose your weight naturally you have to do some dietary changes and activity. Take small & frequent meal (2 major meal and 3-4 small meal). Avoid taking heavy dinner. Cut or stop simple sugar and simple carbs, preserved, tinned and canned products from diet. Try to take 4-5 meals of green leafy vegetables & fruits. Take sufficient water. Besides of sitting job you have to give some time for your body so start work out approx for 30-40 minutes daily like brisk walk, running, jogging, skipping, swimming whatever you like. You can also consult with a dietician for proper diet chart.

Bilateral Grade I Renal Parenchymal Changes - This is the only thing of concern. Consult the doctor who is giving you meds for Hypertension. He will give medication that will protect the kidneys too. I assume you mean Grade 1 fatty liver which is ok........Grade 11 fatty liver doesn't exist.

Healthy people should have three teaspoons (15g / 1 tablespoon) of desi ghee per day to get all the benefits. Preferably one teaspoon of pure ghee, three times a day will do the job. Ghee consists 'entirely' of fat. Even though it might be a 'healthy' saturated fat, it's not healthy to eat it in large amounts.

You need to plan your meals well. Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals. Reduce your meals but avoid long gaps between meals and/or heavy meals. Have an early dinner. Avoid outside, junk foods. Exercise whenever you get the opportunity or at least 3-4 times a week. This will ensure at least initial weight loss. After that you will have to take professional advice. Lastly. Be committed.
