1. It could be due to dehydration 2. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glasses daily) 3. If urine colour is still dark, get your urine examined for bile salt and bile pigment 4. Consult physician for further advice.

Commercial milk is full of hormones and antibiotics, then it goes through processes in the factory. Entire biochemistry is changed with this. Body finds it difficult to metabolise this white liquid. Fresh milk of Indian cows that are not injected with hormones and antibiotics is best to have.

Its necessary to follow a healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Pl suggest the vegetarian food, vegetables, fruits that I should take for getting reduced. I am diabetic with 140-160 range. Also pl specify the names of fruits & vegetables that I should take. Being a diabetic you can have a fruit such as apple, papaya, orange 100, grm per day and all green leafy vegetables are allowed just you have to stay away from ground vegetables. You should divide your meals in 5-6 portion in a whole day. A carb which are rich in fibers such as ragi, jowar, bajra and salads you can use.

Try this-- 1. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. 2. Eat more often. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. 3. Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. 4.Have some dessert 5.Try weight gainer shakes. If you’re really struggling then you can try weight gainer shakes. These are very high in protein, carbs and calories. 6.Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you’re trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. 7.Add cream to your coffee. This is a simple way to add in more calories. 8.Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth. 9. Don't smoke. Smokers tend to weigh less than non-smokers, and quitting smoking often leads to weight gain. 10. Early Morning-Lukewarm Water with Lemon 1 glass Tea without Sugar + 2 Biscuits Breakfast-2 Hard boiled Eggs + 2 Slice Brown Bread OR 2 Scrambled Eggs + 1 Slice Brown Bread+ Skimmed Milk 1 cup (240 gm) Mid-Morning-1 Banana/1/2 cup Melon/20 Grapes Lunch-Brown Rice 1 cup(195 gm) + Chicken(100 gm) + Mixed Vegetables 1/2 cup + Salad 1 Bowl Evening-Butter Milk 1 cup Dinner-1 Roti + Fish(50 gm) + Lentils Dal 1/2 cup+ Raita 1 small bowl 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity.
