Hello, drink more water in a day. Do some physical exercises, like surya namaskar, yoga, pranayama. Try to eat little in multiples intervals.

Hlo I am serving in army since 2002. My knees are aching from 5 months. The doctor told thats happen due to gap between knees. What can I do. Local doctor gave me pcm medicine to take for relax. Pl give me decisions for above painful issue and help to remove this large problem. Thnx.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

For gaining a healthy weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

I do running of 2 km daily but after running I feel exhausted and feel immense pain on my foot why is that happening?

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Always run with a stop watch to see the time and distance covered, secondly alwaz note your speed, distance and energy if you want to increase your speed, the first thing to think about is the distance. On one level, running is about storing and burning energy. Comparing a marathon to a 5 km race, your body needs a different energy strategy. A 5 km race is about how fast your body can burn energy to sustain the high pace. In a marathon, on the other hand, what counts is how much energy you can store and conserve over the longer distance.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Six pack is not a sign of fitness and it cannot happen overnight. You need to work on a good exercise routine and a very healthy diet. The type of exercise and the post pre workout meals and basic diet is very crucial. There is no short cut like a certain food or a certain abdominal workout that will help. It's a good combination of the required diet and exercise routine that will help.

Our body is made such that a balance is necessary. Too much or too little exercises can cause pain in muscles especially leg and back. Tight hamstrings and calf muscles can cause pain at the back of the leg. Also it could be due to back issues like disc and joint problems etc, where pain is referred to legs because of low back. When nerve is irritated, it can cause sharp leg pain as in sciatica. Sometimes leg pain is due to vein problem.

Simple ways to control leg pain.

Get up and stretch the leg muscles.
Learn strengthening exercises to build muscle strength.
Do moderate exercise and walk daily for 30 minutes.
Keep good posture when sitting for prolong periods.
Join a community yoga or stretching class.

Check with doctor immediately to find root cause, If pain persists for more than few days or you notice any numbness or tingling.

Hello sir/mam. I am doing weight exercise .Now I am not able to do heavy exercise. So is it OK to do high reps exercise instead of heavy weights.

Hello Ramandeep! In weight training we do increase the intensity and frequency both gradually. But if you are not comfortable with more weights you can continue with more reps. You should supplement your diet with healthy proteins as it will help you to add more weight.

Kaccha lehsun cholesatrol ko kam karta hai. Cholestrol kam hone se heart attack ke chances bilkul kam ho jate hain. Bp ka patient kaccha lehsun lunch me roti ke sath ya subah garam pani ke sath chaba kar kha sakta hai.

I am giving you a brief diet chart breakfast: never skip breakfast, I am giving you few option of food items you can take 2-3 toast + 1 bowl of milk with cereal or a bowl oats/porridge or parathas/upma/poha mid morning / snack: 1 fruit + yoghurt, you can make fruit raita + nuts or fruit juice lunch: 2-3 rotis + vegetables + 1 bowl pulses (dal) +add a bowl of yoghurt or paneer + 1 bowl of rice / paneer sandwich + salad evening snack: vegetable /sandwich can add cheese / night dinner: same as lunch can avoid rice.

GAd65 antibody test is Useful For Assessing susceptibility to autoimmune (type 1, insulin-dependent) diabetes mellitus and related endocrine disorders (eg, thyroiditis and pernicious anemia). Titers generally < or =0.02 nmol/L. A second islet cell antibody (IA-2) is more predictive for development of type 1 diabetes, but less frequent than glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD65) antibody amongst diabetic patients. Insulin autoantibodies also serve as a marker of susceptibility to type 1 diabetes.

Depends, what from which ingradients it made of, generally gym supplements are not from natural sources so you end up with lot of health challenges. May not show up immediately but definetely as you are aging. Now what side effect - mostly it will affect your central nervous system - brain functionality. Like abnormal behavours.
