You take abhayamruta 3 spoon add 3 spoon lukewarm water take after lunch end dinner for 3 month. Change food habites. Avoid over eating, spacy, fast, junck foods. Take simple veg home made foods with green vegitabales salad. Do not drink water during meals time if you fill spacy take sip not more than 1/2glass in complite meals. Water avoid is the best. After one end half hour take 2, 3 glass of water. In morning gets up do not wash mouth take 2 glass of water in setting position than wash. Take 3 to 4 litter water in 24 hours.

Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Avoid alcohol consumption. Smoking and non vegetarian. Drink lots of juices and plenty of water. Eat green vegetables and salads. Do pranayama early in the morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hours. Drop 1-1 drop of cow ghee in your nostrils at night time before sleep.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

Hello Veronica Chances of getting Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever DHF depends on re-infection. If an Aedes mosquito bites you and infects you with virus then you may suffer from it again and it will be more severe than the previous one. can be dangerous also. But you can avoid it simply by protecting yourself from mosquito. Now your weakness is a result of the previous infection and it happens with many people who suffer from severe diseases to have post infection weakness and in some cases it lasts for more than 10 years. I will suggest you one medicine, homoeopathic 1. Natrum salicylicum 30/thrice daily for 7 days report after that.

Feeling more energetic every day is a goal you can fulfill by incorporating changes in diet, exercise and lifestyle. 1. Avoid processed foods. Wholesome foods are a better choice than processed foods because they contain more nutrition and healthy vitamins. Wholesome foods—which are rich in nutrients include raw or cooked fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, unsalted nuts, lean meats, fresh fish or shellfish, eggs, low-fat milk, plain yogurt, and low-fat cheese. 2. Maintain a balanced diet. Keep in mind the importance of wholesome foods and make sure your diet is well-balanced. A balanced diet will promote optimum nutrition and help you feel more energetic every day. Let wholesome fruits and vegetables make up half your diet. Hello eating too much for every individual doesn't mean that u should put on Weight,some ppl have improper absorption from intestines,,so u tend to loose weight even though u eat,just make it a habit to eat 2hrs once in small quantiy. DO's: small frequent meals,Drink 7 to 8 glasses of water.. take of protein rich products. Don't stress urself too much be it any matter, sleep for 7 to 8 hrs.. Don't: skipping breakfast,not drinking water.. if u still feel this is not working out then take homoeopathic tincture SENECIO AUREUS 5 Drops in half cup of water morning n night for 1 month..u ll surely see the difference..

I advice you include protein rich food in your diet like a soyabean, egg, milk, sattu with milk, combination of cereals and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken, fish in your daily diet. You should take 2 banana and one glass milk in the morning.

Dear lybrate user, Lifting of weight may be the cause of stomach problem. Take rest. For acidity you should take less carbohydrates spice, oily food. Take half glass of milk and half glass if water. Add green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp in it and drink it empty stomach. Daily for three days.
