Treating Vitamin Deficiency

No need to take cow milk only. We can take any milk. Milk have calcium in it that's why we suggest. Eat lot of leafy vegetables with garlic ,fruits, vegetables and fiber diet. Oats increases the milk production for mother so eat oats along with milk.

Is it enough to take meals and tifin by a new mother to give milk to her baby? Is it must to take cow milk by mother to produce milk in her? please answer me doctor.
