When is it safe to have sex after having a baby? Your wife may be physically able to have sex as soon as 2 weeks after delivery if she had only a small tear or none at all, but most women wait at least 4 to 6 weeks, or until they get the fitness from their health care provider. It all depends on the type of delivery your wife had, how difficult it was, how many stitches she needed, and any complications of pregnancy. There might be a big difference between when a woman is physically able to have sex versus when she feel emotionally ready, and actually want to have sex. The postpartum period is a time of huge changes in her body, her hormones, her lifestyle, her sense of self and her relationship. Lack of sleep, the constant demands of the newborn, her changing body image, and any anxieties about motherhood can have a negative impact on her sexual desire. The right time for you to resume intimacy is, therefore, a very individual decision. Some couples get back to their previous level of sexual activity with few problems, but for most couples this requires some time, adjustment and communication. Even if sex is the last thing on your mind, it is important to nurture the bond with your partner in non-sexual ways to maintain your relationship as a couple, not just as parents. Regarding yet not having pain...you please consult with gynaecologist...Thanks.

Do you have a dry cough or productive cough? if you get cough only during sleep then it may be due to obstruction. Try to change your pillow. Of course you have to stop smoking to avoid future complications. Try taking cinnamon tea regularly which controls cough.

Dear doctor I am very slim and weak please give me some suggestion to gain my weight and healthy.
Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

From last few days when I wake up in morning I feel extremely weakness in my both the legs. That I am not getting strength to wake up instantly. Please help to cure this.

A poor diet that is high in simple carbohydrates causes weak muscles, bad posture, and lethargy. A poor sleeping posture can lock your body in a bad position for hours, causing reduced blood flow to the local muscles, and a buildup of lactic acid, causing stiffness. Living or working in a cold or damp environment causes muscles to stiffen because the cold or damp affects the blood flow throughout the body. Be sure to get ample deep sleep so your body can repair and recharge. Do some easy stretches while lying in bed, then sitting up in bed, such as bending to the front and sides. This will stretch and loosen the muscles and help flush them with more blood. Take a hot shower. This serves as a means to induce sweating, promotes blood circulation, and releases muscle spasms. Simply stand under the hot water and… relax. take 3 fruits mix in the morning . Eat healthier. Cut down on simple carbohydrates and start reading labels to avoid consuming more toxins. Simply eliminate all foods with artificial color, enriched white flour, and artificial flavors/sweeteners (high fructose corn syrup, crystalline fructose and aspartame). If you don’t know what it is, or have difficulty pronouncing it, avoid ingesting it.

There is no short cut to weight gain. Infact gaining weight is more difficult in general as compared to weight loss but its not impossible if tried in a proper planned and scientific way. Firslty you shold have a proper balanced meals through out the day not only increasing the protein in the diet also start calming exercises like yoga, meditation 3 times a day along with strength training 2-3 times a week!

Chronic anxiety itself is very unpleasant to experience. It can result in many physical problems though not directly but indirectly. So it is better to get treated atleadt initially with drugs and later with relaxation exercises to maintain the improvement.

Being a diabetic, hypertensive, pl control your illness, at this age there is bound to have some pains, due to condition of your bones and muscles pl do go for walks for 30 mins everyday this will help muscles and bones.

2-3 years back I consumed steroids (anabol) during my workout, although I stopped consuming them, my immunity system became weak, lost my stamina, is there anything that I can do to flush the negatives of steroids from my body, or the get overcome negatives of that now.
