Hi doctors, Can anybody suggest me what to have in the diet to control high blood pressure. My current reading is 160/100 and I have a cough and cold as well and before this I did not have high blood pressure. My doctor has prescribed stamlo 5 for bp and aziwok for cold which I am taking for the past 3 days but still, I am feeling frequent dizziness and barely able to work continuously for a long period. Also if I switch off the ac, I am getting very sweaty. Is there some natural way to help get better which I can follow at home alongside the above medications?
