Actually I'm suffering from low hemoglobin. Actually it is less than 8 so is there any chances of anemia.

BAMS
Ayurveda, Bangalore
Hi, hb less than normal values (12 - 16gms) is always considered as anaemia. Therefore you are surely anaemic. Please follow these tips to overcome anaemia: - consume plenty of green leafy vegetables like spinach, methi, broccoli, beetroot, drumsticks, brinjal, carrot, tomatoes, etc. - consume fruits like apple, dry fruits like dry grapes, dates, fig, almonds, walnuts, pista, etc. - intake of citrus fruits like oranges, musambi helps to increase the absorption of iron as it contains vit. C. - intake of deficient haematinic supplements like iron, b 12, folic acid, etc according to the peripheral smear reports.

My mom blood test shown 340 glucose level Doctor prescribed her 2 tablets ie jalra 50 mg and tanpax tablet
But after ...
Mr. lybrate-user, 340 mg of blood glucose is very high level and it is dangerous too. If not well treated can lead to severe complications of diabetes. Tablet Jalra (Vildagliptin 50 mg) is a good drug used to treat diabetes Type 2. Normally it is very well tolerated. As regards the second name mentioned, I am not aware as to what is (or are) the ingredients. It will be good if you give following details like fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, dietary pattern & extent of daily exercise, plus weight and height. Then I will be able to guide. Thanks.

4 years olds have high metabolic rates and their heart beats faster than adults. If worried, get her checked by specialist who will put a stethoscope on her chest to hear murmurs if heart is not healthy and suggest you further care and treatment.
