Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Masturbation is normal and not harmful. It doesn't affect your ability to make sex or to have children. You can divert mind to work or studies if you want to reduce it also don't stay alone most of time.

Yes anxiety and ibs are very much related. We haven't concluded whether anxiety is the cause of IBS or IBS causes the anxiety in those pt. But one thing is for sure anxiety worsen infact makes it difficult to cure of this disease. All you need to do is control your anxiety. Do meditation. And relax a bit. Take food in every 4 hrs. Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc.avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Hi, Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night . Add more proteins to your daily diet and eat walnuts for good hair.

Hi , Do'nt worry short term intervals are good for your studies. For improving your concentration at first you have to eliminate all the distractions from your study room. Try to take one task at a time. Our attention is limited, when you try to do several things at one time, then you necessarily have to divide your attention. Try to focus on the task at hand, if you are reading a book ask yourself how would you summarize it, and then try to recall it. Meditation is also helpful for improving your concentration. Thanks.
