This problem can be solved by meditation some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity, you can go for daily morning walk 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes 8. Avoid watching tv and reading news paper at bedtime, you can listen some soft music.

To increase blood take green leafy vegetables. Fresh fruits, fresh juices, meat particularly liver. Dark coloured fruits and vegetables drink at least, 3 lts water in a day take 5 different types of vegetables and 3 different types of fruits water will wash away all toxins and fruits and vegetables will act as antioxidants this will show down aging no one can remain young for ever use products which, suit your skin.

1. take natrum mur 200,3 drops morning empty stomach, single dose. 2. take berberis aquafolium Q., 7-7 drops with water ,twice day. 3. wash your face with aloe vera herbal face wash twice a day, apply rose water on the face. 4.don't take oily , spicy junk food in excess. 5. Wash your face with plain water 4-5 times a day.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions spacy, fast food, etc. Take simpal veg food home made with salad, milk, vitamines, minirales will help you. Wash face with neem face wash.

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1. Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2. Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3. Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4. Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5. Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6. Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7. Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Hi, Firstly I would advice you to get your Blood pressure and Blood sugar tested to rule out Hypotension or diabetes, For Headache: What to do if you have a headache: 1) Hydrate yourself by drinking 6-8 glass water 2) Sleep in a dark room. Wear comfortable cotton clothes and just relax. 3) Cold compress to forehead relieves headache by reducing inflammation and constricting blood vessels. 4) Practise muscle relaxation technique by doing deep breathing while lying down with your eyes gently closed. 5) If you have sinus headache, take steam inhalation to relieve your headache. 6) Avoid caffeine as initially it will relieve your headache, but slowly it will increase the headache. Revert back for Homoeopathic medication if above do not help.

Than we have to rule out other causes of fever with chills and they are malaria or urinary tract infection or pneumonia or any skin infection and to do repeat CBC after a day to see the status of the counts
