There are several means to gain control over your diabetes. Few of them as below: 1. Eating at regular intervals 2. Avoiding foods high in processed and invisible sugar 3. Good sleep hygiene 4. Consistent workouts to be able to give you specific guidelines, we would need to gain a deeper insight into your lifestyle and work with you in greater proximity. Do let me know if you're keen and we could take this prospect forward.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Can you tell me in detail whether by frozen, you mean that the thumb gets stuck in a particular position like in trying to straighten the bent thumb. Also can you send me latest x rays of the involved hand so that I can see whether there is an associated arthrosis of the 1st cmc joint which is also very common. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. You can also discuss your case and treatment plans with me in a greater detail in a private consultation.

It can be solved. Take everyday oil massage on both knees with ksheerabala tail for about 2-3 months, following hot water bath. Practice yoga which strengthens knee joints. Proper food and diet is essential.

Hello, Take Schwabe’s Alpha-CF and Biocombination-11, both after every 2 hourly for 4 days. Management: -Sponging or bathing with tepid water. The use of a fan or air conditioning may somewhat reduce the temperature and increase comfort. If the temperature reaches the extremely high level of hyperpyrexia, aggressive cooling is required. -Take rest and drink plenty of fluids. -Take light, bland, properly cooked home-made healthy food only. ******Do get your check up done for finding out the reason of all this******

You should wear proper footwear (sports shoes) while excessive walking. And start to wear soft spongy sleepers even in your home. Sometime if your foot is flat foot means no arch or less arch then it must pain in exertion, so observe your foot if it is flat foot then you can to occupational therapist so he can make arch or pad that ll be beneficial for you in weight bearing position. And do hot water formentation for that take a bucket full of water and immerse your foot into it till ankle level ,do it twice in a day for 10 mins .Do Ankle stretching exercises.

For any crack to heel it takes minimum 6weeks to heal. Kindly also tell which bone was broken. For swelling a doctor can apply crepe bandage. For pain I can reply only once you tell which bone was broken.
