My legs pain a lot even if I walk a bit they pain a lot I tried many doctors calcium tablets, xray r done, physical exercise is also suggested by doctors, medicines etc but still the pain in my legs is continuous. Please do help me out.

The thumb of legs are getting titled towards inward direction. Why this is happening will the alignment will go more inward and how I cure it.

It is called as hallus valgus it might be of genetic or of structural changes in the joint on account of improper footwear and pathological reasons it could be well managed with prosthetic external hallus valgus fixator and followed by rehabilitation exercises from physiotherapist.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – Lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I am 22 years old but I feel weak and tired everyday, my legs aches and I just want to sleep all day. I sleep at 10 and wakes up at 5, I go for jogging. But I cannot get rid of this weakness.

Both weakness and tired are symptoms, not diseases. Because these symptoms can be caused by many other health problems, the importance of weakness and tired can be determined only when other symptoms are evaluated. There are many health problems that causes muscle weakness and pain. You need to see a doctor to find out what causing you this weakness and pain. Best wishes.

Hi sir. I am getting back pain heavily. While I am going to toilet, pain is severe. Everyday I am sleeping on ground only with out bed. I am doing meditation and sitting in padmasanam. Drinking 4to5liters of water. Actually pain started from two days back onwards. I am a student, I studying on chair for 12to13 hours. Taking breaks also for toilet.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again. Contact your family doctor or nearest hospital for emergency help.

If pain is associated with stiffness, it could be frozen shoulder. Get your vitamin d, uric acid and blood sugar fasting and pp along with thyroid profile done fasting. Revert with reports.
