Dear lybrate user, leakage of sperm through indicates that you are suffering from spermatorrhoea. Continue the following medications for at least 20 days to get rid of your problem:- 1) soak 5 grams of fennel seeds (snouff) & 5 grams of rock candy (misri) in a glass of water before going to bed daily. On waking up next morning take 4 pills from ayurvedic chandra prabha bati & swallow the pills with the snouf-misri soaked water. 2) take 30 drops of homoeopathic mother tincture ashwagandha q in a cup of water daily after lunch. 3) mix 4 pills of unani jiriyani with 1 tablespoon of unani majun arad khurma & take the mixture daily after dinner.

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user, do following:- 1. Geriforte syrup (himalaya) - 2 teaspoonfuls three times a day after food. 2. Brento tablet (zandu) - 2 tablets twice daily after food. 3. Backaches are a common health problem among middle-aged and elderly people, but at times young people also suffer from it. Some of the symptoms of a backache are pain in the back or around the hips, reduced flexibility of the spine and difficulty sleeping. Backaches can occur for many reasons such as muscle tension, improper diet, lack of physical activity, arthritis, excessive physical labor, poor sitting posture and pregnancy. A backache can make it difficult to carry out day-to-day activities. Natural treatments can provide quick relief from the pain and allow you to enjoy life again. Here are the top 10 home remedies for backache. 1. Ginger Ginger root, which is used to cure vomiting, can also be used in the treatment of back pain. The anti-inflammatory compounds in ginger can give you relief from a backache. Apply some ginger paste on the affected area, followed by eucalyptus oil.Cut thin slices of fresh ginger root and put them in a pan of boiling water. Simmer and boil it on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature and strain it. Add honey and then drink it. You can drink this ginger tea two or three times a day for a few days or until you see improvement.You can also make an herbal tea with one-half teaspoon of black pepper corns, one-half teaspoon of cloves and one teaspoon of ginger powder. 2. Basil Leaves Basil leaves can also come to your rescue when suffering from a backache. Add 8 to 10 basil leaves to one cup of water and boil it until the water evaporates to half.Let it cool to room temperature and then add a pinch of salt.For mild pain, drink this concoction once daily; for severe pain, drink it twice daily. 3. Poppy Seeds Poppy seeds work wonders as remedy of backache. Grind together 100 gm each of poppy seeds (khus khus) and rock candy (misri).Consume two teaspoons of this mixture twice daily, followed by a glass of milk. 4. Herbal Oil Massaging your back with an herbal oil can help your muscles relax and relieve pain. You can use any herbal oil such as eucalyptus oil, almond oil, olive oil or coconut oil. Heat the oil until warm and massage it gently over the aching area. 5. Garlic Garlic is another ingredient that can help treat a backache. Simply eat two to three cloves of garlic every morning on empty stomach. You can also massage your back with garlic oil. To make garlic oil, heat some coconut oil, mustard oil or sesame oil on low heat and then add 8 to 10 cloves of garlic to it. Fry the garlic until it is brown. Strain the oil and let it cool to room temperature.Massage your back gently with the oil. Leave it on for some time and then take a bath in warm water. 6. Wheat Wheat has compounds that produce an analgesic effect that can help minimize pain. Soak a handful of wheat in water overnight.In the morning, mix in cuscus grass powder and coriander. Then add one cup of milk and boil it for a few minutes until it thickens.Drink the mixture twice daily. 7. Ice Packs Cold compresses made with ice are effective in reducing pain and swelling. If ice is not available, you can also use a bag of frozen vegetables. Put a bowl of crushed ice in a plastic bag and wrap it in a towel. Put the compress on the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes.Do this repeatedly, waiting half an hour between each application. You can also apply hot compresses to reduce backache. 8. Epsom Salt Epsom salt can ease pain and relieve inflammation. Mix Epsom salt with hot water to make a thick paste. Soak a towel in it and ring out any excess liquid from the towel. Put it on your back near and around the aching area. The heat from the towel will also reduce anyswelling.You can also add two cups of Epsom salt to your bathwater and soak your body in it for half an hour. 9. Chamomile Tea A hot cup of chamomile tea will help relax tense muscle tissues that can be the cause or a related symptom of a backache. You can buy pre-packaged chamomile tea or make your own. Add one tablespoon of chamomile flowers to one cup of boiling water and let it steep for 10 minutes.Drink one to three cups daily. 10. Milk Milk is a rich source of calcium that your body needs for strong bones and healthy muscles. Ensuring that your body gets an adequate amount of calcium can help alleviate and prevent backaches. Drink milk regularly. You can add some honey to sweeten it.You can also make a mixture of cuscus grass and sugar in equal amounts and consume it twice daily with a cup of warm milk. Shoulder Advice... Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.

Goodevening mam please do a hot water fermentation and then a a few active ankle toe movements and calf stretching. Kindly elevate your leg while lying down and then your pain will slowly reduce.

Avoid crocin. Tk traction therapy and ultrasonic therapy for few days. Stretching exercises and postures correction must. Avoid toward bending strength exercises in gradually process. After relief.

Dear lybrate-user. Congratulations for a cute baby boy! back pain is quite usual problem post caesarean delivery. She can get started with hot water fomentation and may be with simple nsaids on prescription of a general physician. Once the pain gets better she should get started with back muscles and abdominal muscle strenghtening exercises. Do write to me if needed any further help.

1.Peel two cloves of garlic and crush it. Add this to a glass of milk. Boil it on a mild flame till one-fourth glass remains. Filter and make two equal parts. Drink one part in the morning and the other in the evening. 2.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 3.Take 1 tsf triphala churna daily....n practice yoga daily twice..

I am 45years male. I got wedge fracture in d10 and d11 of my vertebrae in mar 2015. Now I m feeling pain in my right shoulder since last two months. Is it the aftet affect of that fracture.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again. Contact your family doctor or nearest hospital for emergency help.

You require complete rest with foot elevation (2-3 pillows underneath the affected foot while sleeping) to avoid swelling. Application of ice at the swelling site. Keep moving all toes and some amount of ankle movement in pain free range (up and down). After 15 days consult a local physio who would teach you few strengthening exercises. Take care.

My Age 24 years Problem is 1 year back she got fibroid surgery and after that she is getting menses 1 month almost 30to35 days and next month 12to15 days this cycle is repeated month to month wat was the problem is there any chance to re appear fibroid. Uterus has not removed in last surgery.

hi lybrate user, she is in reproductive age group you should plan for pregnancy as early as possible ,as if fibroid comes again can create problem in fertility. their is always possiblity of new fibroid and recurrence of the fibroid.

Dear user, do calf stretches exercises, ankle dorsiflexion strengthening exercises, bridging for lower back, do each exercises with 10 seconds with 10 repetitions. Apply hot fomentation, then use therapy. Avoid prolonged standing position. Change your position every after 45 mins. Thanks.

Hello lybrate user, - try to look at the cause why you are getting that pain - initially you have to change the lifestyle like sitting straight while working travelling, avoiding sudden jerks or humps during two wheeler driving - adopt some exercises which relaxes your back muscles and bones - it's difficult to say whether it's muscles relaxed or bone related just by symptom of pain both of that may go chronic - better to go for application of mahanarayana taila with sahacharadi taila and hot fomentation for 15 min or go for kati basti it's an ayurveda panchakarma treatment, with this you will relieve better thank you.

Don't assume anything. Get a check up done first by an orthopedic doctor. Mostly while gymming, if any injury happens, it usually is a microtear which gets healed slowly itself by giving the part rest, ice and protection. But to know its minor or major you need to first get a check up done.
