WEIGHT 1. Whole-grain bread. Research shows that people who follow a weight-loss program incorporating whole-grain breads, cereals, and other foods lose more body fat from the abdominal area than those who eat only refined-grain foods, like white bread and rice. 2. Low-fat milk and yogurt. Scientists have found that the more calcium in fat cells, the more fat those cells will burn. In one study, two groups of overweight mice were put on a restricted-calorie diet, but one also got calcium supplements. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. Take tablet rantac twice a day and for breathing problems get your self examined by a nearby doctor and Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet

I participated in 21 km marathon for first time. When ever I finished 10 km marathon. I feel tiredness for 2-3 days. But this time even after 20 days I feel the soreness in my legs. What should I do. Can it be cured with simple exercise?

Its due to hormonal imbalance and there can also be possibility of menopause in few months if you are suffering from hot flashes

Hiii lybrate-user thanks for asking your query *maintaining regular time for going to bed. *avoid seeing excited pictures at night. *avoid smoking, tea, coffee or alcohol at night before going to sleep. *not indulge in any type of work or reading till late night. *should devoid of thoughts tensions before going to bed. *hearing soft music or favorite songs also induces sleep. *5-10 minutes mediation before going for sleep *offering prayer before sleep. *washing of hand, feet and face before goes to sleep *avoid of day sleep *proper evacuation of stool and urine *avoid mosquito bites *maintain privacy *drink buffalo milk + khas khas thanks.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap. Prepare a neem leaves mustard oil and apply on your skin. Avoid hot food & spicy food .

You need to take ors solution and tablet paracetamol and if diarrhoea persists we have to start with prescribed antibiotics.
