Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week. For gaining weight: Taking a little walk before eating is one of the many ways to help fire up your appetite. When you are not hungry, choosing your favorite comfort foods may help. So can jazzing up foods with spices and herbs to enhance flavor. Liquids, including water, can fill you up. So drink liquids separately to help make room for nourishing foods. The sweet taste of fruit can rouse your appetite, especially when blended into an easy-to-tolerate smoothie. Diet: Foods highest in calories and nutrients are foods with fats, especially plant fats. Plant fats such as nuts, peanuts, seeds, peanut butter, almond butter, avocados, and oils are great sources of healthy fats loaded with nutrients and calories. Animal fats provide nutrients and the same amount of calories as plant fats, but they also contain saturated fats, which can increase LDL (bad) cholesterol. Eat nuts by the handful or sprinkle them on top of soups, salads, cereal, desserts, and casseroles for added protein, fiber, healthy fat, and calories. Granola, loaded with nuts and dried fruits, is a concentrated source of nutritious calories. Dried fruits are a concentrated source of calories that can be tossed on salads, yogurts, cereals, desserts. Potatoes are a great vehicle for toppings. Or, when you cook potatoes, add in flavored oils, milk, cheese, chili, vegetables, and beans. Exercising: Do light exercises daily without fail (better to be done under supervision of some qualified instructor). Exercise will tone up your muscles and give good physique/ figure. Medication: Schwabe's (homoeopathic) Alfaalfa Tonic/ thrice daily 1/2 an hour before the meals and Five Phos./ thrice daily 1/2 and hour after the meals.

You need to follow a healthy lifestyle. 1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. 10 Ways To Improve Oral Sex Experience

Hi, I had a small lumps in between the ribs on the right side. When we will touch I have pain on it and it moves here and there. One of the doctor told me to massage with oil. Hi, couldn't able to get what kind of lump/ swelling is there? can you explain in detail? it can be lipoma/ a boil or can be something else? what was the diagnosis done by the doctor? meantime, take homoeopathic medication - calc. Fluor. 12x/ thrice daily and thuja 30/ thrice a day - for 20 days.

For reduce in particular organ, excersice of that organ is best. Diet & medicine can affect on whole body. So start abdomen excersice. One more thing you can do it, use barley flour & triphala powder. Use it for massage on abdomen before going to bath I am giving simple general tips * take luke warm water only *take turmeric before food * avoid day sleep * use cow ghee and milk *take buttermilk, avoid curd.

Hi, sore throat is usually accompanied by pain. Here are a few steps that you may follow in general to cure and prevent getting sore throat. Try avoiding constipation at all costs. (a) healthy & balanced diet with focus on fresh fruits/ leafy greens. Avoid yellow banana. (b) consume flesh foods in moderation. (c) take plenty of water daily and stay hydrated. (d) regularize life style, reduce stress/ strain and stay relaxed. (e) protect yourself from intense heat/ cold air. (f) do not take extremely hot/ cold/ spicy/ sour drinks as well as foods. (g) warm saline gargling 2 - 3 times daily. (h) gargle made of tulsi, cinnamon, turmeric or fenugreek seeds and honey are also beneficial. (i) avoid overcrowded places. Cucumber can be used alone or in combination with other ingredients. Not only does it have a cooling effect but it also helps improve the colour of the skin around the eyes. The easiest way out is to cut a cucumber into thick slices, refrigerate them for about 30 minutes and then place lightly on your eyes. Alternatively, you can crush a little cucumber and extract the juice; apply this around the eyes, keep it on for 15 minutes and then wash with water. Adding a dash of lemon juice into the cucumber juice also helps because the latter has a bleaching action that reduces the darkness of the skin. If your eyes are puffy, mix in a little potato juice into the cucumber juice for best results. Also read about how cucumber relieves other skin problems. Potato Potato also contains bleaching agents and whether you use it with cucumber or alone, it can help to reduce dark circles. Keep two potatoes in the refrigerator for a few hours; then peel and grate and extract potato juice. Dip a cotton ball in this juice and apply around your eyes. Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse out with water. The bleaching agents of potato can also help lighten dark spots on your skin. Rose water Rose water has been traditionally used to rejuvenate the eyes and give them a sparkling look. It works equally well as a remover of dark circles. Soak a little cotton in rose water and dab it over and under your closed eyes. Wash off after 15 minutes with water. Do this once in the morning and once in the evening every day and in a few weeks? time, your eyes will appear brighter. Almond oil Almond oil is considered as being one of the best oils for babies because it does not harm delicate skin. The same logic makes it a good choice for dark circles under the eyes where the skin is more delicate than on the rest of the face. Dab on a few drops of almond oil and lightly massage it into the affected area before going to bed. The next morning, wash it away with water. Apart from this, you could also use triphla water to beat dark circles. Get sufficient sleep Dark circles under the eyes are a common occurrence in people who do not get enough sleep. Make sure you sleep for at least six to seven hours every night; if you suffer from insomnia or sleep apnoea that prevents you from getting refreshing sleep, speak to your doctor about the measures you can use to overcome this problem. Here are some tips to beat insomnia and sleep apnoea. Another thing to consider is if your sleeping posture is making your eyes look puffy. Because of the effect of gravity, fluids collect under the eyes when you lie on your stomach or on the side. Try changing your sleep position and see if it reduces the bags under your eyes. Even yoga can help reduce dark circles. Read how you can get rid of under-eye circles with yoga.

Hi lybrate-user. For asthma you shud do regular anulom - vilom - it strengthens the lungs n increase their capacity. Also start taking Chayvanprash to increase your immunity. Chew 3-4 Tulsi leaves early mornin empty stomach.

First and foremost you must understand losing weight is a very gradual process. You should have strong determination and patience if you want to lose weight. And it cannot happen suddenly. Losing too much suddenly is also not good for health. You have to follow a strict diet and exercise schedule. Regarding diet - have small multiple meals instead of 3 big meals, PLEASE CORRECT YOUR EATING PATTERN AS ITS NOT THE CORRECT WAY. Regarding exercises - start slowly with brisk walking, then change over to jogging, running and other abdominal exercises. Never over strain yourself.
