Hi -There is no such particular medicine..keep your mouth full if saliva, just before meal so that won't happend. I can also guide as per my personal experience, if you can divert your mind during that hiccup time or feeling some goods/bad memories ,that means out of the status that you have hiccups or facing issues as a problem.

Bleeding from the gums occur when the gums are irritated by tartar, vitamin c deficiency, uncontrolled hypertension, infection, problems in your blood. Kindly visit the dentist and find out the cause and get cured. Gum bleeding can be prevented by proper brushing, eating food rich in vitamin c, gum massaging which will increase the blood flow to the gums and keep it healthy. Your height and weight mismatch may be genetic or may be due to your food habits. Kindly consult your physician for this problem. Dont take weight increasing drugs without physician advice as it may contain drugs whose effect is unknown even it dont give any results it must be safe and must not produce any side effects.

Dear lybrate user! greetings the leg swollen is common in bp and over weight person. Ask you mother to keep her legs above the hip level while sleeping and sitting with help of pillows to leg. Ask her to control salt in food ask her avoid salty food like dry fish, papad, pickles, chips, etc ask her to go for walking 30 min daily. Ask her to take the medication regularly.

1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 2. Eat custard apple (Saripa, Sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 3. Healthy fats: Avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in India give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola ). 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight.. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements. 9. Non Vegetarian Foods Some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red Meat lean ground beef, lean steaks. 2. Pork, ham, lamb 3. Fish: Eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: The nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey 6. Chicken breast Chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 7. Whole eggs: Eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins A,D and E.

I'm 31 years old. My blood count keeps fluctuating. Hemoglobin is only 7 n feretin is 0 at present. Due to this i've got several health problems and hair fall. I've visited hematologists too but after sometime of medication the blood count drops again. My menstruation cycle is proper. I'll like to be fit always. Hello, hope you are doing good. And also hope you have your diet on time. 1. Pls add more green leafy vegetables into your diet. 2. Raw carrot and beetroot as a salads would help you while having dinner. 3. For feretin I would suggest you take protein in your diet. 4 protein should be from plant source, wheat or soya. We suggest netrigeomic supplements which work at body cell level. Who certified, 100% digestible even for 2 years kid. I strongly recommend you take these supplements. Let me know on private chat. 3. Also for hemoglobin count, use iron folic supplements. 4. Supplements are not like medicine, whatever you are not getting in your diet, that gap should be full filled by supplements. These are from natural sources. 5. Glad you have good menstruation cycle. But pls take care of hemoglobin, calcium and protein in your body where you loose every month.I wish you a healthy life. The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

No supplements. Eat natural. Aim is to be physically and mentally strong. Never feel you are weak. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food..>> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>>  Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen..>> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.  .>> Take deworming tablets every six month.  .Feel confident about yourself. All the best.

Start drinking 3 to 4 liters water everyday but make sure you do not drink water after your meals give a gap of 90 minutes, get a liver function test done. Start eating triphla chooran in morning empty stomach with luke warm water to clean your stomach as most of the diseases arises from stomach, after eating triphla chooran eat jeera after 40 minutes for your gas problem, how to eat? put 1 teaspoon jeera in 1 cup water and boil it until the water is left to half, now drink that water and eat the jeera. Do this for 3 months for permanent cure, do not take medicines, doctor will only give you a long list of medicines which will harm you more. Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight. Management: 1.Take 1 glass of Luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning daily. 2.Drink at least 2 litters per day. Lukewarm water is best for drinking. 3.Avoid cold drinks and alcoholic drink like beer as they contain more calories. 4.Don't skip meals. Avoid heavy meals. Take light meals. 5.Must have 3 main meals per day – In between main meals take fruits & green salads. 6.Eat seasonal fruits & Fresh vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain fibres to help you feel full quickly. 7.Avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 8.Eat more whole grains and cut carbohydrates. Choose proteins instead of fatty ones. 9.Cut salt from your diet. 10.Eat home foods. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 11.Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. 12.Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body. 13.Do regular exercises daily. Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Brisk walking for 15-30 minutes daily is good.
