1st of all avoid long time sitting, if you have maximum sitting sessions then try to change your positions. Apply some ice pack to the target area and follow some extension exercises. Take care.

Your body seems to be heated. Take take a teaspoonful of fenugreek (methi) in the morning with water in empty stomach for 10 days. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.

You can start doing exercises. You must do it under proper trained trainer and with good healthy diet. It would be good idea to do cross training which can improve stamina and power.

1. Avoid long standing, sitting, walk. 2. Take rest for max time 3. Do not use mattresses to sleep, sleep on floor for some days 4. You can use painkiller ointment 5. Do back strengthening exercises 6. Avoid bare foot walking 7. X ray will help to find cause of pain take care.

I have a pain just behind my left knee, I can't sit, it's a vein pain I think. Tried a couple of doctors but the pain is still there.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I much pain in my wrist when I want to do a push up or put pressure on it, I been since more than a month now. I massage it with a balm and tie up every night. But still pain, what should I do?

Massaging with balms and tying tightly isn't the solution. Please strength your wrists by doing exercises. Dip it in hot water for 10-15 minutes and then do wrist strengthening exercises. You will be fine in 3-4 weeks!

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

Requires detailed investigation and examination Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.
