There is no proven fact regarding this statment that DOES FREQUENT MASTURBATION TRIGGERS ACNE IN MALES but I come across ssuch questions frequently whether it is internet or in Physical. The common theory is that when you become aroused the surge of testosterone triggers Male androgens which are responsible for end reactions in the acne formation cycle. This theory makes sense to me considering I have also heard that in some males, heavy weight lifting workouts that increase testosterone production also can trigger acne.However, another theory that I find interesting is that it’s not the hormone surge, but the nutrients lost when you ejaculate. Apparently semen contains Vitamins B6, B12, and E; Calcium; Magnesium; Selenium; and Zinc. Zinc in particular is a mineral that is really important to healthy skin and its deficiency has a strong link to acne. So I can see how this theory would make sense, especially because I have heard that, in general (not acne related), that many men find that they have more overall energy when they hold back. On the other hand , it also doesn’t make sense to me, because your body is always using these nutrients to create the sperm and semen inside your body whether you masturbate or not. Although may be production goes into overdrive afterwards in order to catch up, and if you are masturbating every day or multiple times a day, then you really are draining yourself of life force and vital nutrients. In short, I don’t know the truth and since there are no studies confirming anything, we only have speculation. So at the end I can only advice you and all those teenagers out there reading my suggestions that you yourself try experimenting with cutting yourself off for a while to see what happens as there is no proven fact regarding any relation between masturbation and Acne.

Hello- Diet Tips for High Uric Acid Patients • Lower fat intake as excess fat reduces normal excretion of uric acid. • Liberal fluid intake to keep the urine dilute. • Restriction or elimination of alcohol. What to avoid • Shell fishes, red meat, minced meat, meat extracts, organ meats, fishes (sardine, roe, makeral). • Whole pulses (masur, rajmah, chana, chole etc.). Other dals are allowed. • Vegetables and fruits - green peas, spinach, french beans, brinjal, cauliflower, mushroom, chickoo, custard apple. Diet rules • Use less salt while cooking. Hello, Measure your temperature and tell me reading Tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever. And Get your following test done and review with reports 1.CBC 2. Urine R/M 3.Typhidot 4. Malarial antigen 5. X ray chest PA view 1. Avoid exertion 2. Dear lybrate user, masturbation should not be done for more than twice in a week. Sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm. A sperm is mainly made up of protein. An increased production of sperm count needs a steady supply of protein. This supply of protein is met from the amount of protein we intake daily. Over masturbation increases the rate of production of sperm to such extent that the demand for protein cannot be fulfilled naturally & it often results in breakdown of protein from muscle tissues. This breakdown of muscle tissues is externally manifested as fatigue, weakness etc. Addiction to masturbation denotes that you are continuously indulged in sexual thoughts. This type of thoughts is common in people who live a sedentary life. If you really have a sedentary life-style you should get yourself out from it immediately. Socialize yourself. Do some physical exercise daily. Drink a lots of water. Create a routine of your daily schedule & maintain it. Stop watching porn in case you have developed a habit of watching it also you can take homoeopathic mother tincture origanum q, 10 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 20 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Please don't give any medication for sleep. It takes one year for babies to adjust to the circadian rhythm. Ensure she is not hungry. And not having any issue like colic. Or any kind of discomfort. Make her play throughout the day. And she will surely sleep.
