At your age, you are hooked to wrong habit. You do pranayaam as taught by baba ramdev on astha channel 5.30 to 7 am. Very very effective- esp anulom-vilom if you like or bramri and udgit are a must. Neuroimaging techniques like mri and ct scan are not very much specific for depression although they show some findings. Newer imaging techniques like fmri is much better for detecting psychiatric disorders but its very much expensive and currently used as a research tool and seldom as diagnostic tool.

To gain weight in healthy way, consume balanced diet with more protein rich foods to build muscles. Since your weight is less, the amount of protein you have to take is 1 to 2 gm protein / kg of ideal weight. You can include sprouts, milk & milk products also in your diet. For customised diet plan (to evaluate your total fat, visceral & subcutaneous fat, your bmi, bmr, muscles etc.) everything should be considered including dealing with the deficiencies. Start 'abhyanga', the oil application and massage for the whole body in this season to improve skin and muscle health. Apply warm sesame oil, leave it in for an hour and take hot shower. don't do this after eating or after sunset or if there is fever or infusion. best is morning empty stomach.

I think you have a normal weight and to keep fit and healthy start following below given points 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Proteins: Essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. When the body does not get enough carbohydrates to fuel itself, it falls back on protein bank. That is why people who follow starvation diets or go on fasting lose muscle tissue. (a) Major protein sources: Egg white(white portion), Milk, Soybeans/Soymilk, Fish, Cheese, Tofu. (b) Other protein sources: Beans with wheat, Nuts, Curd, Yogurt (Dahi). 3. Fats: Required and healthy when taken in small amounts. Excess fat leads to weight gain, increase in bad cholesterol (LDL) and heartproblems (a) Major fats sources: Egg yolk (Yellow portion), Avocados, Whole Milk, Butter, Cheese, Nuts. (b) Other fats sources: Corn, Vegetable/Olive oil, Biscuits, Flaxseeds(San Beej). 4. Vitamins and Minerals: Critical for normal functioning of organs and processes within our body. They do not provide energy directly but work behind the scenes to break down food into energy. 5. Fiber: It helps retain water and in making our stools softer to avoid constipation. Intake should be 25 to 35 grams a day. 6. Calories: A measure of how much energy food or drink contains. On an average, a man needs around 2,000 calories a day and a woman 1700 calories a day to maintain his weight and good health. Number varies by person depending upon weight, age and how active the lifestyle is. 7. Guideline: Each day have 3 main meals, 2 snacks, 5 pieces of fruit and at least 1 glass of milk.

Hello, you seem to be sleeping only for 4 hours a day however human body needs atleast 6-8 hours of sleep to work efficiently. Try avoiding caffiene rich items like tea, coffee, colas 4 hours prior to sleep. Have warm milk at bedtime add khas- khas and elaichi powder to it. Take warm water bath and then try to sleep. If this does not work then consult your physician. Also try to do 60 minutes of physical activity daily but not closer to sleeping time.

If i correctly understand Sunil .You have a wisdom tooth that is partially chipped or #ed.Usually in such a case when the skin covers the tooth .Its b coz there is insufficient space of the teeth to erupt .Extraction of the tooth is the only choice and a sane one at that coz food will keep accumulating between the wisdom tooth and tooth in front damaging the both teeth.Hope this helps

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: ��� Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. ��� Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. ��� Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. ��� Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. ��� Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. ��� Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. ��� Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Hi, I have delivered on August 4th 2016. On January 28th my mensuration cycle has been restarted after that till date I didn't get my 2nd period. Actually I had faced this problem previously also due to hormonal imbalance & sits in abdomen. At that time my gynic advised me to reduce weight. I came to 49 from 54 which improved my condition. But now due to pregnancy my weight is 56. Now can you tell me is that the same condition which I faced before & cured by reducing weight. please suggest me.

Please You are not overweight Lactational amenorrhea occurs in lactating mothers Don't follow strict diet chart as you are breast feeding your baby. It may affect lactation Please avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food Take salads and fruits more Take milk regularly Take dry fruits regularly Reconsult after 3 months.

If menses r irregular since long then it should be investigated properly. Ultrasound, fsh, lh, tsh and prolactin blood tests should be done asap to find out the exact cause for irregular menses. Your weight is normal so you r unlikely to be suffering from pcod, which can be confirmed on ultrasound.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain some centemetres of height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

For swelling and pain take hot and cold fermentation 1 min each, for 5 reps. Do this twice in a day. Keep that leg elevated while sitting on a chair or bed. Do this for at least 1 week. If pain and swelling is no improving, then you have to consult a physiotherapist. Thank you.
