Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine 1. Thuja 200 (4 drops in little amount of water) empty stomach only one dose and after that on 2nd date start with other medicine 2. Baryta carb 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days. 3. Calc phos 6x (3 tabs) twice a day for 15 days and update keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. Things to do 1. Daily body stretch for 2 minutes early morning. This can be done by standing on your fingers of feets, arms joined upwards. Looking upwards while stretching years body upwards. 2. Do yoga 3. Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. 4.2 glass milk daily 5. Green leafy vegetables in diet 6. Avoid stress and anger.

Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy.But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting.But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight.If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts,only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating,only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. Try to keep use of chemicals to the least alcohol is not a good thing in mouth wash. First of all why do you need a mouth wash, is it bad odor or any other problem. For everyday use nothing is better than warm water and salt rinses two times a day after brushing.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 9. Consult for further advice

I have been having repeated nosebleeds since I was 2 years old but recently they have gotten severe, I now bleed for an hour minimum when my nose starts bleeding. It has been so for the last two weeks, once I passed out? I recently got my blood pressure checked and it was 150/90 and my body temperature is normally a little high too,℥like 38 degrees celsius. I've seen many doctors but none of their advice or medications have helped me. Any suggestions?

In case many doctors have already seen you and their examination has not been able to find anything serious, you need to rest assured that it not serious. You have stated that rhinitis is the associated problem, that itself can be the basic cause behind such bleeding. When the nose gets congested, you may tend to blow your nose or try to wipe nasal secretions repeatedly injuring your nasal mucus membrane and some small capillary may start bleeding. If your bleeding and clotting times are normal then there does not seem to be a threat. You are perhaps more anxious hence handle your nose a bit delicately. When running or blocked do not blow it repeatedly or rub it with your handkerchief forcefully. If at all there starts a bleed hold your nostrils from outside pinching them tightly for about 7 to 10 minutes. The bleeding must stop. Do not lie down in supine position on your back at such time as the blood may trickle back in the throat and clot there. Take enough vitamin C available from juice of citrus fruits. A bleeder if identified properly in an ENT check up, may be cauterized by the surgeon if required.

The best way to gain weight naturally is through good diet and exercise. For wt gain you must: 1. Take more of proteins like milk and milk products, pulses, soyabean and its products, eggs, chicken etc. 2. Carbohydrates rich diet with sufficient amount of fibre. 3. Intake of vitamins and minerals should be proper. 4. Intake of water should be 3-4 litres. 5. Take proper rest and sleep. 6. Avoid tensions. 7. Exercise is also very important along with a good diet. For proper guidance and to gain a healthy weight you must take a proper diet chart so that you can get the nutrients in proper quantity and good quality.

Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil.

it could be due to stricture or obstruction of urethra which could be partial or complete. due to acute or chronic urinarybtract infection. so get your urine test done. and consult a urologist.

there are a lot of food which can bring back the glow in your skin. There, s more to them than just colours and being fruits and vegetables. Have plenty of fruits especially colored ones, blue and purple fruits like grapes, blackberries, blackcurrants, blueberries, plums, egg plants, strawberries, cranberries are rich in anthocyanin phytonutrients which is a potent antioxidant which repairs collagen and smoothes the skin.
