Polycystic ovarian syndrome can be completely cured with homoeopathic medicines. No side effects in homoeopathic medicines. We can prevent further recurrence. Avoid non veg and bakery items. Reduce intake of oily and fatty foods. Drink plenty of water. Daily walk about 45 mins. While taking homoeopathic medicines please avoid coffee and soft drinks for fast and better action of medicines. Nothing to worry.

Avoid spicy & fermented food. Avoid late night sleeping. Drink 1/4th part reduced boiled water only. 12-15 black dry grapes whole night socked in water drink at early in morning empty stomach. Once in day drink gulkand which available at ayurveda medical store 1tsp with cow milk. Daily at night take 1-2 tsp cater oil with warm water.

1. If you are prediabetic there is no need to go to any doctor. 2. Reduce your weight by 5 KGS. 3. Change your food habits. 4. You can control and bring down your sugar levels by change in diet.>> Avoid 3 big meals. Instead take small mini meals every 2/3 hours. Take veg salad with every minimeal..>> Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wholewheat, jowar instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread etc.>> Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc..>> Eat fruits  with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange.  .>> Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday. Walk for 10 mins after every meal..>> These steps can help reduce sugar levels.

Homeopathy and Skin Conditions!

The skin is the largest organ of protection and defense. The skin plays an important role in the elimination of toxins and can assist the kidneys in their work. If there is a buildup of toxins in the body, the skin will try to help in removing them. The skin tries to help to eliminate the toxins out as skin rashes or skin conditions.

Every day we are exposed to toxins in our air, water, food and personal products. Examples of these chemicals are pesticides (in our food, lawns and parks), solvents (in gasoline, paints and cleaning products) and plastic chemicals (such as BPA and phthalates). We can do our best to live free of these substances, but some are unavoidable. Eating reactive foods leads to inflammation, which can lead to a number of symptoms and diseases, including chronic skin problems such as acne and eczema. Signs of toxicity that appear in the skin include acne, boils, rashes, inflammation, etc.

Your body needs to get rid of the waste products somehow. Some of these wastes can be excreted through the skin, such as urea, water, uric acid and ammonia. This helps rid your body of the things that might make you sick if your skin didn’t serve as a gateway to the outside.

Causative factors of skin diseases:

Skin diseases are the expression of toxins accumulation in the body. This toxin accumulation can cause by,

  1. Stress
  2. Food with chemicals like pesticides, preservatives, processed food
  3. Exposure to chemicals through soaps, shampoos, phenyl
  4. Exposure to radiation
  5. Exposure to pollution – water, air and food
  6. Uses of plastic materials

Skin being the largest organ in the human body, presents many diseases. In fact, skin is the reflection of what is happening inside the body. Most of the internal systems and organs in the body when get affected or dis-eased because of accumulation of toxins, they show their effects in the form of skin diseases, in various forms.

Skin Conditions

  1. Rash: Nearly any change in the skin’s appearance can be called a rash. Most rashes are from simple skin irritation; others result from medical conditions.
  2. Dermatitis: A general term for inflammation of the skin. Atopic dermatitis (a type of eczema) is the most common form.
  3. Eczema: Skin inflammation (dermatitis) causing an itchy rash. Most often, it’s due to an overactive immune system.
  4. Psoriasis: An autoimmune condition that can cause a variety of skin rashes. Silver, scaly plaques on the skin are the most common form.
  5. Dandruff: A scaly condition of the scalp may be caused by seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, or eczema.
  6. Acne: The most common skin condition, acne affects over 85% of people at some time in life.
  7. Cellulitis: Inflammation of the dermis and subcutaneous tissues, usually due to an infection. A red, warm, often painful skin rash generally results.
  8. Abscess (boil or furuncle): A localized skin infection creates a collection of pus under the skin.
  9. Warts: A virus infects the skin and causes the skin to grow excessively, creating a wart.
  10. Melanoma: The most dangerous type of skin cancer, melanoma results from sun damage and other causes. A skin biopsy can identify melanoma.
  11. Basal cell carcinoma: The most common type of skin cancer. Basal cell carcinoma is less dangerous than melanoma because it grows and spreads more slowly.
  12. Squamous cell carcinoma: A common form of skin cancer, squamous cell carcinoma may begin as an ulcer that won’t heal, or an abnormal growth. It usually develops in sun-exposed areas.
  13. Herpes: The herpes viruses HSV-1 and HSV-2 can cause periodic blisters or skin irritation around the lips or the genitals.
  14. Hives: Raised, red, itchy patches on the skin that arise suddenly. Hives usually result from an allergic reaction.
  15. Tinea vesicolor: A benign fungal skin infection creates pale areas of low pigmentation on the skin.
  16. Shingles (herpes zoster): Caused by the chickenpox virus, shingles is a painful rash on one side of the body.
  17. Scabies: Tiny mites that burrow into the skin cause scabies. An intensely itchy rash in the webs of fingers, wrists, elbows, and buttocks is typical of scabies.
  18. Ringworms: A fungal skin infection (also called tinea). The characteristic rings it creates are not due to worms.
  19. Skin Allergies – Reaction of body through the skin to some allergens like some food item, dust, sun etc

Homoeopathic Management:

Homoeopathic medicines make our body strong to relieve stress and to remove toxins from the body. Homeopathic remedies not only remove the complaint but also the tendency of the complaint to recur. Since the causes are internal, we need internal medicines. Applying ointments on skin problems may again push all toxins inside our body, which can result in disease of internal organs which is more harmful. Some examples of Homoeopathic remedies

  • Hepetic eruptions all over the body – Dulcamara, psorinum, ran- b
  • Fiery red rashes on the body – Aconite, belladonna, stramonium, sulphur
  • Soft warts – Ant –crude, calc, nit-a, sil, thuja

Some lifestyle changes for skin ailments,

  1. Drink lots of water to help body to remove toxins
  2. Use lemon to remove toxins from body
  3. Take 7 hours sleep to help the repair of our body
  4. Do good amount of physical activities to remove toxins through increase in blood circulation and sweating
  5. Practice some relaxation methods to manage the stress
  6. Have lots of vegetables and fruits preferably organic
  7. Wash all fruits and vegetables properly to remove pesticides
  8. Avoid radiation and pollution as much as possible
  9. Avoid chemical contacts through the skin and nose.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal

For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent white hairs.

You have told everybody the reason for your anger except me! you need to know why you are so angry. Is it from your family and was it from early childhood? there could be a lot of happenings in childhood and even from prenatal days that you are carrying in this anger and are not able to explain it. Meet with a counselor for your emotions and work with that person to identify the origin of the feeling and sort it out soon. You may lose your boyfriend in the bargain and not know why that happened. There is definitely a reason for this emotion, and you should not go around throwing tantrums without knowing why. If you do vigorous exercise every day, you could expend the energy of anger and feel less volatile and then perhaps you may be more sensible. Try it and see. It always works. Now if you discover the reason and it has to do with your parents, then learn to forgive them for your own sake and life will take a different turn for sure. If you are a spiritual person, I strongly recommend that you hand over this anger to god and you will be pleasantly surprised as to how good it feels after that.

I am taking the above mentioned medication from last many years. According to latest reports my sugar fasting is 150.6 &sugar pp is 105. I wanted to know that is this normal to have sugar fasting more than pp. And is my medicine OK or needs a change.

Hi lybrate user. I think there is something wrong in your report. The fasting sugar should be less and pp should be more. After all the sugar content of your blood is bound to go up after you have taken your meal. I suggest you check up with your lab again and clear this confusion or go in for a test again. Fasting sugar below 100 is ok. 100-126 is considered pre-diabetic and over 126 is considered a case of diabetes. Since there seems to be some confusion in your report please clear it and then you can consult through private questions.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Kindly show me x rays of your knee. You may Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important.
