त्योहारों के मौसम में बाजारों में लगाई जाने वाली मेहंदी में पैरा फैनिलिनडायमिन (पीपीडी) और डायमीन नामक रसायन होते हैं जो त्वचा संक्रमण का कारण हो सकते हैं। मेहंदी के रंग को गहरा करने के लिए इसमें ये खतरनाक रसायन मिलाए जाते हैं। इससे त्वचा में जलन, सूजन, खुजली और खरोंच के निशान बन जाने का खतरा होता है। इन खतरनाक रासायनों से तैयार मेहंदी सूर्य की अल्ट्रावायलेट किरणों के सम्पर्क में आने पर कैंसर का कारण बन सकता है। वैसे इसमे सिर्फ पीपीडी ही नहीं बल्कि इनमें मौजूद अमोनिया, आक्सीडेटिन, पैराक्साइड, हाइड्रोजन तथा अन्य केमिकल भी मानवीय त्वचा के लिए अत्यंत खतरनाक है। इसमें मौजूद पीएच एसिड तो और भी ज्यादा नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है।

you can try during ovulation period that is between 8th to 18th day of menses which is fertile period.if still problem remain same then get an ultra sound of lower abdomen and thyroid profile test done.get a test sperm analysis of your.visit to doctor for further treatment.

rest DO?S AND DONT?S ? Take meals on time ? Take small and frequent meals ? Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water ? Don?t keep too much gap between meals ? Eat all vegetables and fruits except banana,chiku,potatoes,rice,sweets ? Eat atleast 2-3 fruits per day ? Eat handful of nuts everyday ? Eat one green leafy vegetable (palak , methi) daily ? Eat sprouted food 2-3 times a week ? Eat fermented food like idli, dhokla, khaman twice in a week ? Consume more of proteins in diet like dals and pulses, milk, soyabeans, Take plenty of raw vegetables and fruits in salad form to avoid constipation ? Avoid taking too much of caffeine in your diet. Limit upto one cup of tea or coffee. ? Do pregnancy exercises thrice in a week or walk atleast 30 min daily. ? Avoid outside food especially Chinese which contains aginomotto ? Avoid black salt which is present in chaat items like pani puri, bhel, papdi chaat. ? Avoid junk food ? Don?t take more of spicy and oily food ? Avoid all kinds of soft drinks or aerated water. ? get your seminal fluid analysis done as first step and then get back to any doctor . You have to do sex around 14th day after start of periods, if your wife has 28 days cycle. All the best.

Hii. It will set right in future after marriage. The development of urinary stones is most commonly related to:
Decreased urine volume
Increased excretion of stone-forming components
Inadequate urine drainage, which may lead to stasis
Decrease in urinary citrate levels leading to deposition of calcium
Deficiency of vitamins a or c - these conditions can also lead to the" hyper triad: hyperparathyroidism, hypercalcaemia, and hyperuricosuria.

Treatment
When a stone causes no symptoms, watchful waiting is a valid option. For symptomatic stones, pain control is usually the first measure, using medications such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or opioids. More severe cases may require surgical intervention. For example, some stones can be shattered into smaller fragments using extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Some cases require moreinvasive forms of surgery. Examples of these are cystoscopic procedures such as laser lithotripsy or percutaneous techniques such as percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Sometimes, a tube (ureteral stent) may be placed in the ureter to bypass the obstruction and alleviate the symptoms, as well as to prevent ureteral stricture after ureteroscopic stone removal.

Prevention
Recurrence of renal stones is common and therefore patients who have had a renal stone should be advised to adapt and adopt several lifestyle measures which will help to prevent or delay recurrence:
Increase fluid intake to maintain urine output at 2-3 litres per day.
Reduce salt intake.
Reduce the amount of meat and animal protein eaten.
Reduce oxalate intake (foods rich in oxalate include chocolate, rhubarb, nuts) and urate-rich foods (eg, offal and certain fish).
Drink regular cranberry juice: increases citrate excretion and reduces oxalate and phosphate excretion.
Maintain calcium intake at normal levels (lowering intake increases excretion of calcium oxalate).
Depending on the composition of the stone, medication to prevent further stone formation is sometimes given - eg, thiazide diuretics (for calcium stones), allopurinol (for uric acid stones) and calcium citrate (for oxalate stones).
