Dear, follow methods by which you can gain height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Dear, please do mention when was your last period date. Once your test is positive get one ultrasound done at the earliest to confirm that pregnancy is intrauterine. Some time pregnancy can be ectopic too. Start medicines only after ultrasound.

Psoriasis is an auto immune disease and we can control it but not cure it completely and few tips for psoriasis- avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free, exercise regularly.

Recommend- regular checkup of bp, daily exercise, sound sleep, along with these home remedies, get regular, mild exercise to promote blood flow. Avoid vigorous exercise and heavy lifting, though. Also, consult your doctor to check if any of your prescription medications are causing the problem, homeopathic medicine are safe and effective in blood pressure, high bp - follow the dash diet eating fruits, vegetables, and whole grains low-fat dairy products, lean meats, fish, and nuts eliminating foods that are high in saturated fats, such as processed foods, full-fat dairy products, and fatty meats it also helps to cut back on desserts and sweetened beverages, such as soda and fruit punch. - put down the salt shaker -lose excess weight - fully stop nicotine addiction - fully stop or limited alcohol intake - avoid stress (mental & physical) low bp - for many people, chronic low blood pressure can be effectively treated with diet and lifestyle changes. Depending on the cause of your symptoms, your doctor may tell you to increase your blood pressure by making these simple changes: eat a diet higher in salt. Drink lots of nonalcoholic fluids. 1) salt water salt water helps treat low blood pressure because the sodium in salt increases blood pressure. Do not overdo this remedy though, as excess salt can prove to be unhealthy. Simply mix one-half teaspoon of salt in a glass of water and drink it. You can also drink sports beverages. 2. Coffee having a cup of strong coffee, hot chocolate, cola, or any caffeinated beverage can also temporarily increase your blood pressure. If you frequently suffer from low blood pressure, drink a cup of coffee in the morning or have it along with meals, especially when dealing with orthostatic hypotension. But, do not make it a habit because the long-term effects of caffeine are not clear. 3. Raisins raisins are a traditional ayurvedic remedy that is considered excellent for treating hypotension naturally. Soak 30 to 40 raisins in a cup of water overnight. Eat them in the morning, one at a time, on an empty stomach. You can also drink the water in which the raisins were soaked. Follow this remedy for a few weeks or even a month. You can take about four to five almonds, 10 to 15 black currants, and 15 to 20 peanuts along with a glass of milk. 4. Holy basil holy basil is beneficial for low blood pressure because it is rich in vitamin c, magnesium, potassium, and pantothenic acid. Furthermore, it helps balance the mind and reduces stress. Extract the juice of 10 to 15 basil leaves. Add one teaspoon of honey to it. Drink this juice daily on an empty stomach. You can also chew four to five basil leaves daily in the morning. 5. Licorice root licorice root is another popular home remedy for normalizing low blood pressure caused by low levels of cortisol. It blocks the enzyme that breaks down cortisol and supports healthy adrenalin function. It is also effective in curing chronic fatigue syndrome. You can prepare licorice tea by steeping one teaspoon of this herb (dried or powdered) in a cup of boiling water for about five minutes. You can take it daily for a few days. Alternatively, you can take about 400-500 mg of licorice root capsules for a few days. 6. Beetroot juice raw beetroot juice is helpful in dealing with high as well as low blood pressure. For hypotension, drink a cup of beetroot juice twice daily for about one week. Other natural fruit juices are also considered helpful in this regard. 7. Almonds and milk- this is another traditional home remedy for low blood pressure. Soak five to six almonds in water overnight. In the morning, peel off the skin and grind the almonds into a smooth paste. Finally, boil the paste in a cup of milk. Drink a cup of this every morning. 8. Rosemary- rosemary is believed to be useful in normalizing low blood pressure because it stimulates the central nervous system and improves circulation. Take up to 10 ml of rosemary tincture per day. Having freshly prepared infusion with this herb or adding it to your foods is also useful. Furthermore, you can simply add three to four drops of rosemary essential oil in your diffuser for aromatherapy benefits. 9. Carrot juice- starting your day with fresh carrot juice mixed with a little honey is an easy way to treat low blood pressure. Take a glass of carrot juice. Mix two tablespoons of honey in it. Drink it twice daily (on an empty stomach in the morning and in the evening). 10. Lemon juice- lemon juice is highly effective in treating high blood pressure, but it can also be used for low blood pressure, especially when it is caused by dehydration. In such cases, you can drink some lemon juice mixed with a little salt and sugar. It helps energize your body by stimulating the liver function and aiding in digestion. A glass of sugarcane juice mixed with a teaspoon of lemon juice and salt is also useful.

The best and most effective way to get rid of the localized fat is a combination of low fat and low calorie diet with exercises. Let us talk about the diet first. Cut down on calories and add necessary fillers like insoluble fibers to add bulk to the diet, you may include whole grains, fresh whole fruits, raw salads and vegetable preparations. This helps in attaining satiety while consuming lesser calories. Restrict the intake of refined foods like those made with refined wheat flour. Avoid sugar wherever possible. Making way for the good protein sources like legumes, dals, milk and its products and soy in the diet also helps in cutting down the calorie intake. Protein rich foods delays the digestion time and one dos not feel hungry soon. Also, you must choose the fats wisely. Limit the intake of oil and avoid the fried foods and snacks. Drink plenty of water and other healthy drinks to keep up the metabolism. You may also include options like green tea and lemon tea. Buttermilk and tender coconut water are also good options. As mentioned above, in addition to the dietary modifications, exercises are equally important, especially the ones for abs. Moves like crunches, twist crunches, bicycle crunch, step hop, squats etc. Are excellent to burn abdominal fat and tone the muscles. Set a time for exercise and start with simple workouts for short duration, you can slowly increase the time, frequency and intensity of the workout. This would allow the body to keep pace with the changes. Make sure that you give enough time to warm up and cooling down after each workout. Avoid lying down or sitting immediately after the meals. You may go for a light walk after lunch and dinner. Or if possible sit in Vajrasana for 15 – 20 minutes after the meals. Avoid heavy meals after sunset and reduce the total salt intake. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

Some time it may be involvement of professional postures causes this kind trouble so observe it and if wrong than try to change it. For proper diagnosis consult nearest Ayurveda Vaidhya. Basic advice is to Apply Mahanarayan tail on pain site with genteel Abhyang (massage) for 10-15 mins, than after Swedan (steam ).

Hello, Surya Namaskar will help you to reduce weight.Follow the below to get more good results. 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4.Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. Do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose) 6. avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 7. drink plenty of water daily. 8.Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

1. Eat high fiber diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, whole meal breads, oats. 2. Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken. 3. Eat on schedule 4. Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses daily, avoid alcohol/caffeine 5. Take regular physical exercise 6. Stick to a regular timing for going to toilet. 7. Take 2 tsf of softovac sf/naturolax powder with warm water at bed time for few days or syrup duphalac 15 ml twice daily 8. If you have chronic constipation, you may have to do colonoscopic examination after consulting gastroenterologist.

It happens due to nasal allergy. The best way to treat congestion is to treat the allergy that’s causing it. You may be allergic to -dust mites, -tree pollen, or -animal dander. -You should cover your nose whenever you are exposed to an environment with any of the above. -give steam regularly. -use Cromolyn sodium (NasalCrom) nasal spray If the spray causes breif sneezing or irritation, it is normal but if you see it does not suit you, you can simply use Vicks inhaler. -you can take diatonic dca when you get a problem, it will relief your irritation, especially before bed time.
