Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap. Prepare a neem leaves mustard oil and apply on your skin. Avoid hot food & spicy food

For joint pain do take ust and laser therapy for pain relief for 7 days followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist apply hot and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 5 days regularly best wishes.

Use asthma controller medication having laba and ics by inhalation with spacer. Get allergy screening blood test to confirm allergy and then skin prick test to detect offending allergens and immunotherapy if indicated.

You should take a steam inhalation with a vapouriser in it. Also take paracetamol 500 for headache. As soon as the nose gets unblocked, your headache goes away.

Increase water & citrus Fruits intake. Sun Protection is very must. Use sunscreen Photostable Gel SPF40 / BIODERMA Photoderm AKN Mat SPF30 apply half an hour before Sun Exposure. Headache only in summer too much heat causes headache and nausea, you must rehydrate yourself properly use elactral powder also frequently if this does not help do let know so we can try alternative pl get your eyes checked too.

Two glasses of milk -if getting pure and dry fruits like almond, pistachio, candy sugar and black paper -marich 1% will be better to gain weight. Regular nutritious diet, reasonable exercises are necessary.

Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Premature ejaculation you can correlate when you started mastrrbation what was time and check current timing. You will find time to ejaculate might hv reduced significantly. Some people even ejaculate while rubbing in bed 2. Second problem is weak erection. Over a period you will feel lesser or weaker erections. One may feel shrinking penis due to this. I am 18 weeks pregnant still suffering from vomit, acidity and gas. Also I can not take much liquid in any form hence can't take recommended 12 glasses. I have been taking ondem 4 mg and pan d since I was 8 weeks pregnant. Are these medicine safe to continue for so long. Is there any alternative?

If the medicines are prescribed by your gynaecologist you can continue. Any doubts please reconfirm with your gynaecologist. O r take a second opinion. Alternative is controlling acidity with diet like ginger tea, lemon tea, frequent dry meals, sips of fluids and soup. Cold milk, suji rusk, icecream ,bakery biscuits etc can also be taken to relieve acidity.

Pain during periods is very common nowadays due to unhealthy lifestyles. For this you need to change your lifestyle. 1) Avoid eating junk & spicy food. 2) Have black tea with ginger & 1 tsf cow ghee 3) make ladoo of urad daal fried in sesame oil & mixed with jaggery. Have 1 daily for 3 months 4) Eat two tbsps of flax seeds during your period 5) drink a lot of water & fresh juices 6) Go for matra vasti at a panchakarma centre 7) Half a teaspoon of powder of sesame seeds taken with hot water twice daily acts excellently in reducing spasmodic pain 8) Using heating pads or hot water bags around the area relaxes the stiff muscles and reduces pain by bringing oxygen in the area.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Tab. Keraglo men once daily for 3 months. Hair spray - Qilib men solution 6-8 sprays once daily at night for one month. Anaphase shampoo. Increase protein diet, green leafy vegetables .test- Hemoglobin and thyroid.

I need more investigations (full mouth x-ray) to decide upon treatment. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.
