Dear u need to loose 10 kg weight. Try the tips they can help u:: Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 1. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 2. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 3. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 4. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 5.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 6.Drink 2 litres of water daily.

Our daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 k cal of energy if we want to remain fit and healthy. But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting. But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements, it will be difficult to loose weight. It is mainly genetical, but you can improve on genetics with proper practices. Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. The benefits of this is ungaugeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it effects the entire body. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age.

Need your opinion in my case have been suffering from stress from quite long. From past one year, I am experiencing a peculiar problem. For example if a person has a bad breadth, when the person approaches me the same thought runs in the mind again and again continuously. I tend to avoid them if not able to I get very angry on them and start hating even though they are good to me. Very recently I had a marriage proposal. I was so confused with the guy finally I ended up breaking my engagement. I get negative feeling all day and headache. My doctor told I have depression and anxiety. I am taking medication as well. My fear is whether this situation can recover? I had a thought of ending the life also but now after taking medication I am ok. My parents want me to get married and settle. But I am so scared about this because if I find anything in the person I do not like I overthink. This is upsetting me very much.

Yes, you can resolve this problem forever. But to do so you will need to combine medication with counseling and continue the later for a long time. There is a tendency to obsess too, which is fear based. The other factor is that your depression is anger related and may have some deep-rooted foundation from childhood. Take your parents with you for counseling and let them share your life's milestones with the counselor to throw light on many issues that have contributed to the anger and fear. Anything that can cause a crippling effect has to pretty strong emotionally and has to be attended to effectively.In the meantime please do the following that can be done all by yourself as you desire: You must be active and work towards your reformation. Many lifestyle changes need to be made to progress away for the condition. When you are depressed, you will feel lazy though I would like to call it lethargy. There is an inertia and lack of energy to even think, let alone act. You are required to literally do the opposite of what you feel like doing. Depression makes you want to withdraw, lie down, sleep, become lethargic, slow down, make you too lazy to even think etc. So when I suggested doing the opposite, you will need to fight this disease. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, eat more of proteins and vegetables, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three things, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. If you are young and you can do it with some commitment. The doctor and counselor are there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with them is very critical for your success.

Hello, kindly follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Kindly go for CBC test and consult physician for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

If the bleeding is not stopping with medicines then please go back to your doctor. He might do an endoscopy and decide if something more is required. You might need nasal packing to control the bleeding. But you need to go bk to the ENT asap.

As per your concern I would suggest you to do following remedy 1. Cut, de-seed and crush 4-5 Indian gooseberries to paste 2. Press this paste on a sieve and extract the juice 3. Take 2 tsp of this Indian gooseberry juice 4. Add ½ tsp nutmeg powder 5. Mix well 6. Drink 2 times a day This is very helpful Your problem is permanently cure by ayurvedic treatment.

Hello, you should take a homeopathic tincture called arnica montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique. Take sulphur 200, 5 drops once in a week. Take pituitarinum 1x, 1 tablet daily for 15 days. Repeat the process every third day. Revert me after 1 month.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs & hips - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Studies show that replacing a grain-based breakfast with eggs can help you eat fewer calories for the next 36 hours, and lose more weight and more body fat . If you can’t eat eggs for some reason, then that’s fine. Any source of quality protein for breakfast should do the trick.

From your data you appear to be obese. Obesity is the most common cause for snoring. Start programe to reduce weight first. Try to sleep on side to reduce snoring. Most importantly if your partner observe that you stop breathing briefly during snoring or if you don't wake up fresh if you feel sleepy most of the day or you sleep easily during day time than you should undergo sleep test to rule out if you are suffering from a condition called sleep apnea.
