Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Hello, If you are talking about acne pits on the skin, then they can only be taken care with various skin treatments like microdermabrasion, skin polishing, chemical peels, laser, etc. but getting totally rid off this is a bit not possible or else you can consult a dermatologist.

Hi, first of all the good news for you is that you are not that much pessimist as you are thinking of yourself otherwise you wouldn't have asked here any question. Obesity is a condition of excessive body fat for a given height and gender. The intake of the calories must harmonize with the output of work done physically, to burn up the calories. Else the unused calories get stored up in the body as fat. The calorie requirement differs for each individual according to the pattern of work he undertakes. Eating just what the body needs followed by regular exercise is the only solution to deal obesity. Vegetables such as tomatoes, carrots and dark green leafy vegetables are low-calorie foods that are good for your health. Therefore, include some vegetables salad and fruits in your daily diet to keep you full and satisfied throughout the day. Make a mixture of 1 teaspoon of honey and lemon juice in a glass of warm water, mix well and have this mixture daily in the morning Green tea is an effective remedy for weight loss. Add 2-3 cups of green tea everyday to your daily routine to combat obesity. Exercise plays a key role in maintaining a healthy body. Lack of exercise can lead to overweight and obesity. Exercising burns up the extra fats in the body and will keep your body flexible, energetic and healthy, hence start doing some exercise daily for a fit and healthy body. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of warm water daily to make sure that your body is getting enough water. Drinking warm water will help shed those extra flabs in your body by burning extra calories several times a day, hence it can help you lose weight.

1. Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2. It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3. Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc 4. Consult sexologist for further advice.

This could be due to lumbar spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated.

Dark circles are a common problem but the cause for its occurrence has to be determined. Most of the times, it's genetic that is it runs in the family. But inadequate sleep, nutritional deficiency or working on laptop for long hours can also cause this. Please get your hemoglobin checked. It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium levels in the body. If the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. You are in a phase where you are growing and developing still so you can expect growth to still happen. Most often overall weight gain are is due to poor nutrition and inactivity. We do not take care of our increased nutrient needs of college work and stress leading to fat accumulation. Also lack of good physical activity when needed is low. The work you do for your house or running behind your college work is mostly a stress not actually exercise. So concentrate on eating nutritious foods, avoid crash diets, avoid smoking and alcohol and try to exercise or follow some sport.

Hello, it is a common problem in indian summers. First, de tan your facial skin. (apply yogurt every day twice for 15 minutes and rinse) second, take precautions for sun exposure (take real good care), -apply sun screen with spf 30 to 50. -repeat every three hours, after wiping your face with wet towel or wet wipes -cover your face with a handkerchief or any fabric and wear a cap and sun glasses. You can remove it when indoors.
