Hi, Wash your face 3-4 times a day with Kusum Bathing Powder and apply Safrozan ointment twice daily. Take Cap. Aclear 1-0-1 for 3-6 months regularly and Panchatiktarista 2tsf + 2 tsf water mixed with it, twice daily for 1 month. Avoid spicy, oily food and sweets.

For swelling and pain take hot and cold fermentation 1 min each, for 5 reps. Do this twice in a day. Keep that leg elevated while sitting on a chair or bed. Do this for at least 1 week. If pain and swelling is no improving, then you have to consult a physiotherapist. Thank you.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and. Put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. If you have not had unprotected sex I wouldn't worry. You may want to consider regular hormonal pills like femilon and see if that helps.

Drink 2-3 glass of water in the morning empty stomach, and 3-4 litres of water during the day daily. Walk for minimum 5 minutes. You may also mix two spoons of isabgol in a glass of warm milk and drink it just before you go to bed. It will help. Thank You.

Hi @ apply mixture of onion and lemon juice on the scalp, @take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, @take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, @take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, @take 20 ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVA and 2-2 tablets of leelavilas rasa and raktastambhak vati after meals, @use vatajatadi taila, do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…thanks.
