Hello lybrate-user. Here are few things which you could do in order to gain weight. 1. Eat frequently bet 2 to 3 hours per day. 2. Do not skip your breakfast. Add a carb and a protein source to give good start. 3. Eat foods which are rich in carb prit and fat as they are energy giving foods. 4. Include ghee butter cheese paneer in your daily diet. 5. Increase your milk consumption and also eggs and meat. 6. Try increase your portion size. 7. Have nuts and dry fruits with you all the time and hav it if you don find anythin els. Hi, sleeping problem can be solved with homoeopathic medicines. Take medicines as prescribed and your problem will be solved. Tab tranquil (sbl) 4tabs to be chewed thrice a day 1/2 an hour after meals. Coffea cruda 200 4pills to be taken in the evening at 7 pm, then after dinner and again before sleep. Daily. Don't skip meals. It's important to spread out your daily food intake, starting with breakfast. Don't drink on an empty stomach. If you haven't eaten, drinking alcohol can cause your blood sugar to drop up to 24 hours later. This happens because the body is working to get rid of it. If you want to drink alcohol, check your blood sugar first. It's also important to eat before or while you drink. Another caution: Smithson says that symptoms of low blood sugar, such as slurred speech and dizziness, could be mistaken for drunkenness. Plan ahead. Skipping meals very often is bad for health she should have atleadt three meals in a day and drink 8to 10 glasses of warer everyday that is very important to maintain good health.

After eating something spicy especially non veg, or drinking aerated drink immediately within 1/2 hr or so she feels uneasy her stomach starts burning. Sometimes she even vomits the thinks she ate and cannot consume anything even water for 1-3hr. She is not acidic. Feels normal when she eats home made food.

She probably has gastritis and needs to be evaluated for that. In most cases, once the diagnosis is conformed, it can be treated with simple medical treatment. I advise you to consult a good physician, who will be in a better position for further assessment and offering an advise. All the best

Hello, Kindly explain me what type of Menstrual problem is there - is she getting periods frequently/ getting delayed/ much bleeding during the menses? Since how long she has been suffering from this problem? Any associated symptoms or complaints? Any other medical condition? Has she got her investigations done (if yes, share the reports with me)? Answer all these questions for proper diagnosis and proper treatment. Menstrual periods are often irregular during the first few years after menstruation starts. It may take several years for the hormones that control menstruation to reach a balance. Menopause or peri-menopause is the phase when a female again faces irregular menses. Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If you might be pregnant, treat yourself as if you are pregnant until you know for sure. Use a home pregnancy test as the first step to finding out whether you are pregnant. If you are not pregnant, other causes of missed or irregular periods include: Excessive weight loss or gain. Although low body weight is a common cause of missed or irregular periods, obesity also can cause menstrual problems. Eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia.   • वैसे तो डेटॉल के बारे में आप सभी ने सुना होगा कि यह त्वचा पर कीटाणुओं को मारने में, कटने, खरोंच लगने से होने वाले संक्रमण से बचाने में सहायता के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता है, और यह किसी भी सतह पर या कपड़े धोने में एक घरेलू कीटाणुनाशक के रूप में भी इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। पर बहुत कम लोग यह जानते है कि डेटॉल को प्रेगनेंसी टेस्ट करने के लिए भी इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।
  • दोस्तो प्रेगनेंसी के शुरुवाती लक्षण जैसे उल्टी होना, पीठ में दर्द, पीरियड्स का मिस होना जैसे कुछ शारीरिक बदलाव दिखने पर महिलाओ में यह जानने की जिज्ञासा काफी बढ़ जाती है की वह प्रेग्नेंट हैं या नहीं और इसे जानने के लिए डेटॉल का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है जो हर घर मे अमूमन पाया जाता है। 

कुछ बातों का ध्यान रखना

  • यदि आप डेटॉल से प्रेग्नेंसी टेस्ट करने की सोच रहीं है तो इन् बातों का ध्यान रखना जरूरी है
  • यदि आप यह जाँच सुबह के पहले यूरिन के साथ करती हैं, तो सही नतीजे आने की संभावनाएं ज्यादा होती हैं।
  • घरेलू प्रेगनेंसी टेस्ट करने के तीन घंटे पहले तक मूत्र त्याग नही करना चाहिए क्योंकि गर्भावस्था परीक्षण या प्रेगनेंसी टेस्ट करने के लिए मुत्र का सैंपल लिया जाता है। इस पेशाब में मौजूद HCG हार्मोन से ही पता लगाया जाता है आप गर्भवती हैं या नहीं।
  • टेस्ट करने से पहले बहुत ज्यादा मात्रा में पानी पीने के कारण पेशाब पतली होने की वजह से कई बार टेस्ट निगेटिव आ जाता है जिससे पता नहीं चल पाता है कि महिला प्रेग्नेंट है या नहीं। इसलिए टेस्ट से पहले पानी का सेवन बिल्कुल न करें।
  • भले ही आप घर पर प्रेग्नेंसी के लक्षणों और घरेलू जाँच से आपको यकीन हो गया हो कि आप प्रेग्नेंट हैं, फिर भी एक बार प्रेग्नेंसी को और पक्का करने के लिए डॉक्टर से जाँच जरूर करवा लेनी चाहिए।
  • प्रेगनेंसी टेस्ट नेगेटिव आने के बाद 72 घंटे बाद ही दोबारा जांच करें।
  • यदि पीरियड्स मिस होने के बावजूद जांच के परिणाम नेगेटिव आते हैं, तो स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ से सलाह जरूर लें।
  • डेटॉल से प्रेगनेंसी टेस्ट करने का तरीका
  • यह टेस्ट सुबह सुबह करना जरूरी है।
  • सुबह सबसे पहले जब आप यूरिन के लिए जाएं, तो कम से कम 15 एमएल यूरिन को किसी ग्लास में ले लें।
  • अब यूरिन में इतनी ही मात्रा में डेटॉल लेकर उसमें मिला लें।
  • डेटॉल और यूरिन अच्छे से मिक्स होने के बाद कुछ देर तक इस मिश्रण पर नजर रखें
  • थोड़ी देर बाद यदि डेटॉल और यूरिन जो मिक्स हो गए थे वह अलग-अलग हो जाते हैं और यूरिन जो है वह डेटॉल पर तेल की तरह तैरने लगे तो समझ लीजिये कि आप प्रेग्नेंट हैं।
  • लेकिन इसके बजाय यदि यूरिन और डेटॉल आपस में अच्छे से मिक्स हो जाते हैं और कुछ देर बाद उस मिश्रण में दूध सी सफेदी जैसा एक पदार्थ बन जाता है तो समझ लीजिये कि आप प्रेग्नेंट नहीं हैं।
  • दरअसल ऐसा उस प्रेग्नेंसी हार्मोन के कारण होता है, जो प्रेग्नेंसी के दौरान, महिला के शरीर में बढ़ जाता है और जब डेटॉल द्वारा प्रेग्नेंसी की जाँच की जाती है तो यह हार्मोन डेटॉल के साथ मिक्स नहीं होता और डेटॉल से हल्का होने के कारण ऊपर तैरने लगता है।
  • डेटॉल का इस्तेमाल करना प्रेगनेंसी टेस्ट करने के लिए 98 प्रतिशत बार सफल साबित हुआ है और इसे आज़माने में कोई नुकान नही है पर टेस्ट के नतीजों पर 100 प्रतिशत यकीन करने के लिए डॉक्टर से एक बार जरूर मिल लें।

you are allergic to cold hence avoid cold items, take syr honey tus 1tsf tds, 1tab sinarest before bed,steam inhalation. saline gargles, do tooth brush before going to bed it will help you. Thank you

Here is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.
