hello sir take high protein and high calorie diet . take milk and milk products. have small and frequent meals. do stretching exercise alternate days.take whole pulses, paneer, soy milk, sprouts, egg, shakes, cold coffee, . don't skip your meals and breakfast.

I'm a 30 year female recently married. I have pain around my knees, feet,neck and head. I had meet a doctor some time back for same reason n he diagnosed it as polyarthritis. But fews days back, I suffered from numbness on my my hands and legs n my head. N fell. Please tell me what has to be done n suggest suitable treatments.

If more than 3 jts are involved then it's polyarthritis. Start hot saline fomentation followed by volini gel and strengthening exercises of all painful parts of body. I have a desk job and in the last 2 years, my weight has gone up from 45 KGS to 55 kgs. I want to lose weight. Please help.

Hello. Target 3 kgs in the first quarter of the year of starting your weight loss (because of desk job you cannot really make harsh changes in schedule) -start doing surya namaskar at home, it take 15-20 minutes but is very effective. -start with 5rounds (10 total) and keep increasing gradually to as many as you can do, 7roundz then 10 rounds and so on. -keep a check on your diet. -take 25% less calories. -do not take more than 2tea spoon sugar a day. -try to drink more warm water, preferably with lemon.

I am a female, 55 years old and just had an abdominal ultrasound performed. The results showed the liver to be mildly enlarged measuring 16.2 cm in length. The report said it demonstrates diffusely increased parenchymal echogenicity. No focal liver lesions were identified. I.H.B.R dilatation seen. What does this mean? I am also taking medicines for thyroid I.e Thynorm 100. Please give me guidance.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap. Prepare a neem leaves mustard oil and apply on your skin. Avoid hot food & spicy food.

You should immediately consult your General Physician. I need quick help om how to reduce belly fat with supplements adding diet?. please suggest me.

Weight reduction You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your BMI, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. Please note that weight reduction cannot be achieved overnight or over a week/month as many ask. It is an ongoing process of reducing food intake and exercising to burn the calories you consume. There are exercises specific for each part of body like cheek, hips, thighs or abdomen/ buttocks, or chest. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. By cutting 500 calories a day (a total of 3500 per week), and otherwise eating a balanced diet, you may find you lose approximately a pound a week. Continue for 15 minutes and repeat in sets of 3 or 4.

•Please do the following: Put some coconut oil in a pan. Boil a few dried Indian gooseberry pieces (if you do not have dried amla then use amla powder) in the oil until they become charred. Let the oil cool. Apply the oil on your hair and scalp. Leave it on overnight, or at least for an hour, before rinsing it out. Do this at least once or twice a week.

We been trying to conceive since a year and half. I have pcos, the wrong calculation of days for follicular study led to late ovulation. Now that I have changed my doctor my periods are regular but its been 6 months, done two iui but both failed. Please let me know what can be done for early conception.

Each iui has chance of 20-25% for pregnancy. So, never lose hope when 2 iuis have failed. At least 3 iui should be done before shifting to next step.

I have this problem of bad breath for 9-10 years. When I first visited a dentist 6 years ago, he found no problem and suggested me medicated toothpaste, mouthwash and some medicine for 1 month. Problem didn't go. And 2 years ago, when I visited another dentist, he found I have little bit power so he did cleaning of my teeth and gum and assured me that I won't have the problem. But now my wife says that I still have the bad breath. How can I cure it completely.

If you are facing this problem since 9-10 years then you should go for scaling once in six months. Along with that you can use tongue cleaner after toothbrushing, flossing of teeth, mouthwash twice daily. Drink plenty of water as in absence /less saliva, bacteria will be more active so always advisable to do brushing n mouthwash in night.

I will suggest you to first increase your hemoglobin levels and than again recheck your lipid profile after two months and I will suggest you to take tablet orofer-xt twice a day after food for a month and follow up with finding.

Hello Aishwarya, Oily scalp is due to hormonal imbalances due to harsh weather ,humidity , adolescence , menopause, etc. Oily hair needs frequent washing with a gentle shampoo. Frequent combing is also not advisable as it will stimulate more oil secretion. Apply fresh aloe vera gel for 30 mins before shampooing your hair . This will gradually reduce the oily scalp.
