I am suffering for ringworm infections at my buttocks. I am using nizral antifungal cream for that. At time of using it is slowly decreases. If I did masturbation it will slowly rise at the same place. I dont know why it is increases after did masturbation. I dont know what is the link between masturbation and ringworm. no ringworm has no relation to mastrubation ..keep the area free from moisture ..it grows in warm and moist areas..u have to take oral antifungals for the problem..but it cant be shared on public platform..u can consult privately if so desire

I have dandruff. I used many shampoos but still not working. I wash my hair with cold water even in winters still I haven't find any solution. Please help.

Hi. I don't know what shampoos have you used previously. I would recommend you to use ketoconazole shampoo for dandruff. But make sure you keep it for 10mins and then only you wash off.

Hello Dear, Leucorrhoea/white discharg ? excessive and unusual in nature discharge from the genital organs of women (watery, milky-white, yellow-green, sanious, having has begun an unpleasant smell, etc.), cause itching, burning, and a constant feeling of humidity in the area of the perineum. A small amount of leucorrhoea (secretion from the vagina) is a variant of the norm. Physiological leucorrhoea contribute to the maintenance of moist environment inside the vagina, which retains its normal microflora. In some cases there is a high secretory activity of mucous membrane of the cervix, then the number of selections can be plentiful, but it is not a cause for concern.

1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2.. Take one tablet of levocetrizine(5mg) at bed time if itching is severe 3.Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk. Take 10-12glass of water. Don't take water immideatly after meal. Don't take coffee.

8 Common Exercise Moves That Actually Work Against You

People who regularly work out can go on about its benefits and also show off a toned physique. However, a bad or improper movement can be more harmful than no exercise at all. Read on to know some common exercise moves that are best avoided for their potential harmful effects.

  1. Dumbbell punches: By holding dumbbells and punching them forward into the air, you are just spending your energy with absolutely no return from it. It is good as a conditioning one if done for a long time, but does not help the shoulders or the arms. Bicep curls and triceps extensions yield much better results than these punches.
  2. Shoulder Shrugs: The only muscle that gets worked here is the trapezius, which is at the top of the shoulders and the neck. The arms and the back do not get any benefit and shoulder shrugs can actually cause postural problems and increase shoulder tension. Best avoided if you are not a professional bodybuilder.
  3. Thigh machines: One of the most ineffective machines in the gym, the poor posture and no workout for the abs is one of the reasons the outer and inner thigh workouts should be avoided. Better results can be achieved with squats and lunges, which also help more muscles and help in losing weight.
  4. Plank rows: While plank rows or board lines work very well for core strengthening, it is not as effective for back and arm strengthening. Better results are achieved with the usual lines for these areas.
  5. Lat pull-downs behind the neck: This can be very harmful for people who have even minor shoulder joint problems. The idea is to build arm, torso, and back muscles by pulling a weighted bar down the front and back of the chest area. This can cause misalignment, shoulder impingement, or a tear in the rotator cuff, and in severe cases, even cervical vertebral fracture.
  6. Military Presses Behind the Head: Similar to a lat pull-down, here also, a barbell is lifted up and down behind the head and can cause the same problems as the earlier one, including fracture of the cervical spine.
  7. Squatting on a bosu ball: These colorful equipment are very alluring but can be really dangerous and can cause ankles and knees to be injured, causing meniscal tears or disruptions.
  8. Crunches: When improperly done, crunches produce the same position as one achieves while working on the computer - head forward and rounded shoulder. Crunches are meant to be done by pulling up on the head and not using the abs, as most people incorrectly do.

Make sure you get a trainer's advice on the right ways to work out so as to get the maximum benefits and avoid injuries.

I think you are just 4-5 Kg underweight.If you are underweight and really want to gain couple of kilograms to the current weight, I recommend trying some of these suggestions. Find the one that is suitable for your needs and use it every day. It is advisable to consult your doctor before the start of any new dietary regime. • Banana milk shake • Banana 3 times a day • Muskmelon, 3 times a day • Mango with a cup of milk, or mango milkshake • Raisins, 30g daily • Dried figs, 2 times a day • Bran (100-150g) with fruits, ideally papaya • Fruit diet with milk • Cup of hot milk with some honey • Cup of milk, boiled with some almonds, anjeer and date palm • Mixture of white muesli powder, Indian ginseng powder and pomegranate seed powder put in a glass of milk or water and drink for a month • Eat more fatty foods (bitter, flour, rice honey, raisins, figs, dates, etc.)

Hye. Thankyou for your query. As well as the recognised immediate effects of drinking too much, such as nausea and vomiting, binge drinking and prolonged heavy drinking over longer periods of time can affect you in many different ways. With continued excessive drinking, the liver may become inflamed, causing alcoholic hepatitis, which can result in liver failure and death. Excessive alcohol can permanently scar and damage the liver, resulting in liver cirrhosis and an increased risk of liver cancer. Since there are no health benefits of alcohol there is no actual healthy recommendation. But drinking 4 serves at one go or drinking as much as 3 to 7 times a week could be called as binge drinking.

Long gaps between meals and stress are major reasons for weakness. Try to eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals. Take 10 _12 glass of water.

Maintaining stamina diet, exercise along with herbal preparations will be effective in weight gaining, shaping body, fitness etc. The consumption nutritious diets along with herbal supplements are more effective in weight gain. Masturbation practices are not healthy in long term better to stop in view of future happy married life. You need digestion and absorption herbal supplements as additional.

Hi lybrate-user you need to consume low calorie nutrient dense food with high fibre and along with that you need to follow few healthy lifestyle modification tips in life. 1. Donot skip breakfast 2. Eat regular meals 3. Eat plenty of fruit and veg 5. Drink plenty of water 6. Eat high-fibre foods 7. Read food labels 8. Use a smaller plate 9. Don't ban foods 10. Don't stock junk food 11. Cut down on alcohol 12. Plan your meals last but not least- eat breakfast like a kingsize, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper.

Im 24 years old girl, 5'5 and I weigh 47 kg. I want to gain weight. I eat allot and many times in a day but still I do not gain weight. Rather I feel hungry very often. Despite consuming heavy meals, I start feeling hungry within 30-40 mins right after eating. Can you suggest me some medicines because I have tried every home remedy and varies ways of dealing with this issue but no luck. I think im seriously underweight and im afraid that I might be loosing weight. Because eating alot, like 4/5 times in a day and still not gaining any kgs rather feeling more hungry. Please help me. I have been having repeated nosebleeds since I was 2 years old but recently they have gotten severe, I now bleed for an hour minimum when my nose starts bleeding. It has been so for the last two weeks, once I passed out? I recently got my blood pressure checked and it was 150/90 and my body temperature is normally a little high too,℥like 38 degrees celsius. I've seen many doctors but none of their advice or medications have helped me. Any suggestions?

In case many doctors have already seen you and their examination has not been able to find anything serious, you need to rest assured that it not serious. You have stated that rhinitis is the associated problem, that itself can be the basic cause behind such bleeding. When the nose gets congested, you may tend to blow your nose or try to wipe nasal secretions repeatedly injuring your nasal mucus membrane and some small capillary may start bleeding. If your bleeding and clotting times are normal then there does not seem to be a threat. You are perhaps more anxious hence handle your nose a bit delicately. When running or blocked do not blow it repeatedly or rub it with your handkerchief forcefully. If at all there starts a bleed hold your nostrils from outside pinching them tightly for about 7 to 10 minutes. The bleeding must stop. Do not lie down in supine position on your back at such time as the blood may trickle back in the throat and clot there. Take enough vitamin C available from juice of citrus fruits. A bleeder if identified properly in an ENT check up, may be cauterized by the surgeon if required.
