Hello lybrate-user, green tea (2-3 cups/day) and jogging (30-45 mins/3-4 days/week) both promote fat loss. Fat loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently. 5. Yes it can be due to climate changes please take fluoric acid 30 - twice daily for next 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Also use arnica shampoo. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. Continue treatment.

Lovemaking is not restricted to just the part of having sex. If you are forgetting foreplay, you are missing out on one of the best parts of the lovemaking experience. But the pleasure of foreplay is just one part of it; you need to understand the biological perspective to gain an insight into the nature of the stimulation.

While men are aroused in a few minutes, women take more time to get to the state. Foreplay ensures that both partners are at their peak of arousal at the time of sexual intercourse. And it also helps in attaining orgasm for both.

At the initial stages, individuals don't need to prolong foreplay to get aroused. But with age, it becomes important to get full arousal and get ready to have an intense and satisfying lovemaking experience. Otherwise, it will only be a half-hearted attempt at something that ensures the best times of your life.

For men, it ensures an erection, and for women, it ensures lubrication to make the experience pleasurable to both. It's normal for a regular sexual relationship to fall into a routine; you need to have a good idea about how to use foreplay to spice things up.

Too much tea is not good for liver. For weight loss you can use lemon juice with lukewarm water with empty stomach. Eat small amount of foods frequently. Don't skip any meals. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat whole wheat, brown rice, brown bread etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Avoid spicy foods. Take fish, soyabean, tofu, mushroom etc in small amount. Eat fruits, vegetables like sweet potato, ginger root, banana etc. Avoid sugary drinks like soda, energy drinks, sports drinks etc. Use beet juice for liver detoxication. Drink lots of water and regular exercise.
