In addition we will give you 4 ides for healthy and delicious juice that will improve your health.

1. Raspberry and almond juice
Ingredients needed:

- Half a cup of fresh or frozen raspberry

- Half a cup of almond milk

-Half a banana

- 1 cup of low fat sour cream

- 1 teaspoon of honey

Method of preparation:

Put all above mentioned ingredients in a blender and mix. Once you get homogeneous mixture, place it in a glass and enjoy the tasty refreshing beverage.

2. Chocolate, strawberry and beet juice

Ingredients needed:

- 1 banana

- 1 cup of strawberries

- 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder

- Half a cup of peeled and chopped beets

- Half a cup of coconut water

- � of a cup of water

Method of preparation:

The method is the same. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until you get homogeneous mixture.

3. Green juice

Ingredients needed:

- 1 cup of kale

- 1 cup of spinach

- 1 teaspoon of honey

- 1 teaspoon of cocoa

- 1 handful of hazelnuts

- 5 Brazilian nuts

- Half a banana

- Half a cup of low fat coconut milk

Method of preparation:

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well until you get homogeneous mixture.

4. Carrot and mango juice

Ingredients needed:

- 1 midsized mango, peeled and chopped into cubes

- Half a cup of coconut water

- Half a cup of water

- Half a teaspoon of cinnamon

- Half a cup of chopped carrot

Method of preparation:

You probably guessed it ? put all ingredients in a blender and mix until you get resulting homogeneous mixture. Cheers!

  1. Maintain overall intimacy: Regular good sex is important as it helps you to forget your daily hustle and bustle and end up in a different kind of world. Sexual intimacy is a key factor in living up your relationship. However, you should keep in mind that intimacy is not just confined to the bedroom. To maintain your spark, you must be intimate in other aspects of life as well with your partner. Preparing a meal together, dancing together, going for vacations enable to maintain intimacy in other sections instead of just the sex.
  2. Maintain a playful relationship: Always maintain a playful nature with your partner. Instead of pertaining to the bed, spice up your sex by choosing different locations. Indulging in sex on your rooftop under a full moon, or buying innovative, naughty sex toys allows you to gel better with your partner. Sex is enjoyed more when accompanied with laughter and fun.
  3. Communicate: Tell your partner about your sexual preferences. Mention what you like and what is not suitable for you. Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Hello, kindly follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food(If No drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 5. steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days Kindly go for CBC test and consult physician for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

How to remove blackness from my face which is formed due to pollution as I travel much.
1. Take a cup of plain yogurt and add the juice of one cucumber and one tomato. 2. Next, add half a cup of gram flour (besan). 3. Apply it on your face and neck. 4. Leave it on for 30-45 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water. Plus, simply apply some fresh yogurt on your skin daily before taking a bath. For best results, add tomato juice and lime juice to the yogurt.

Hi, early morning: green tea/any herbal decoction according to your ayurvedic prakruti+5overnite soaked almonds morning-veg poha/suji upma/steamed sprouts +tea/milk midmorning: fruits lunch: 2 regular atta chapaties+veg+slaads+curd/2 missi chapaties+veg+slaads/2 dal cheelas+green chutney+slaads/1 paneer sandwich+slaads evening-tea+2 biscuits after some time- 1 katori makhana dinner: dalia/oats/ant roasted or tandoori preparation+veg+slaads post dinner-fruits/milk diet plan is always prepared considering one's nutritional needs, age, health issues, present weight and your likes dislikes. Above is the general diet plan which should be accompanied with 45 mins of daily physical activity in any form. Hope this will help you.

Pain in Vagina during intercourse is due to stretching of vagina. It may be also due to improper lubrication. So use some Ayurvedic oil for Lubrication before sex. Make more foreplay before sex so that nature vaginal secretion will also help to lubricate. In beginning the pain is present but later it subsides.

Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle.Lunch ? Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (Indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk.
