More than coitus, it is related with your life style, exercises and sleeping mattresses. Do not do any work or exercise in which you need to lift heavy weights especially from front and end forwards. Do not sleep in sagging soft thick mattresses. Do extension exercises by bending backwards. Do not allow yourself to gain weight.

Hi thanks for your query. Low back pain is usually not a result of delivery(whether normal or by a operation). It is due to weakness of back muscles, discogenic and sometimes deficiency of calcium/vitamin d levels. Please tell me her complaints elaborately with all attached investigations and I should be able to revert back to you with some solution for it. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Pain lasting for a long time leads to weakness of the involved area and disrupted posture. Try to strengthen your back with tummy tucking exercise and simple stretches of back like knee to chest exercise and side bending exercise in the morning and repeat it for 10-15 times.

Last two month back. ACL tear hua knee ka opertion hua hai. Abi tak knee 100% bend nahi ho rahi hai one physiotherpy kiya hai bt acl tear opretion honkebad sab recovry. Hone ke liye kinte dina lagta hia.

Back pain can be due to multiple causes. It could range from simple muscular tightness and weakness to disc bulge or herniation and many more. Back and leg stretching exercises, hot and cold fermentation can help too. Try focusing on your posture, avoid prolong periods of sitting.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

If you get back pain next day:- 1. Apply volini cream before sleeping 2. Do Hot fermentation. 3. Take Physiotherapy treatment and learn spinal exercises. 4. Don't lift heavy things. 5. Don't do forward bending.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

My brother aged 45 has severe back pain along with pain on his right thigh. The mri report says that 1. Regeneration spondulitic changes posteirial limbs at l4 superior end plate. 2. Diffuse disc bulge atl3-4 l4-5 levels with annulus tear posterial with central profusion causing canal narrowing. Identification of preexisting nerves in canal bilaterally. Diffuse disc bulge l5-s1 level with annulus tear posterially with posterio central disc extrusion. Extruded disc fragment migrating inferially in canal and causing severe canal narrowing mild neural foremen narrowing no nerve compression. Significant compression of traversing nerve in canal bilaterally mild indentification of existing nerve root in neural foremen bilaterally. What sort of treatment is needed for him?

Approx 5 to 6 years ago when I carry gas cylinder for replacement of new cylinder.At that time left side of back mussel clump and suffering pain . 3 days I can't move any where.And can't turn for sleeping any side.Take high doze painkiller .Use Volini gel.Then get some relief .Take some days for normal. My question is in future I will face any problem for that above.

You appear to have suffered from acute back spasm. You are likely to get it again in case you lift heavy weights suddenly. Avoid lifting weights. Perform good back strengthening exercises. Maintain good posture while sitting.
