Many reasons are there like hereditary,health problem,food habit.But you can try these....Eat extra.Use bigger plate.Eat dense fruits,vegetables.Add ghee,butter etc with foods.Take nuts,seeds.Eat more fish,egg,meat.dairy products.No water during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.These will help you.

I am 25 years old, got married in december 2015. I am experiencing frequent urge to urinate at about 20 min, but volume of urine is less. Got blood spots two days. My periods came on 16 april. I had intercourse on 26 april. What could be the reason? Help?

As such no serious reason is seen but due to frequent urination chances of infection or? calculi may be there. Drink plenty of water and coconut water and sugar cane juice, avoid spicy food for few days. May take two tablet of chandraprabhavati or tablet bangashil two times in a day with coconut water for ten days and report.

Hello doctors. I have sever problem of gastric. I always feel like my stomach is swelling and heavy. I had consulted many doctors and tried lots of medicine those effects for a short time period but the problem remains same after discontinuation of medicine. Pls suggest any Ayurveda syrup and similar thing that don't negatively effect my liver too and which help me to rid out this problem. Can it be cure with yoga? Thanks.

would recommend you this home remedy do as follows 1. Take 60 gm kidney beans 2. Add 4 L of water 3. Heat for 4-5 hr 4. Strain the liquid through a fine muslin cloth 5. Allow the liquid to cool 6. Drink 1 glass of this liquid once every 2 hr in a day 7. Do this for a week 8. Do not use the liquid or the beans again 24 hr after the 1st preparation

Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning...

Dear lybrate user do not use any shampoos or perfumed oils use shika powder to wash hair and pure oils for massaging, since hairloss is just not an external disease it needs an internal medicinal treatment for cure also eat diet rich in proteins more vegetables and whole fruits.

You haven to mentioned what this 'so called treatment' is all about and what for too. You sound like you are depressed about something and at your age, this is quite concerning. At your age this claim is serious. If you have depression then there are some major ramifications to take into account. I believe there may be some genetic predisposition or there has been some childhood issue, related to anger, that needs urgent attention. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

First get scalling n root planing as you said that you have smoking habits n maintain it. Smoking cause damage to periodontal tissue which make tooth mobile. Use chlorhexidine mouth wash daily. Consult to near by dentist.

Dear Abhirupa, These symptoms may also happen when the blood is weak and there is lack of nutrition to all the different body parts. Depending on the CBC, she should take adequate vitamins, minerals (in natural or ayurvedic form) to strengthen blood and body. Regards.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert. For height: As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 3yrs. More to grow further! Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation).
