Take panchnimbadi churna 1-1 tsf with water twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a say. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part.

Hi now summer season is started and am I going to gym and my body is hot body so my body is getting too heat so daily morning am having badam gum but most of them saying that you should not have a badam gum daily because it will effect your emasculated. So just say me what I wanna do else give any suggestion to cool my body without any sideeffects.

Eat one kheera in the morning daily on empty stomach. Bottle guard vegetable atleast 2-3 times in a week. Avoid spicy food, and oily food. Drink lots of water. Coconut water and lassi will keep you cool.

Which medicine I will use to become healthy because I am skinny please tell me so it will be your kindness.
You don't need medicines to gain weight. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hi. Appearance of stretch marks is a physiological process. Treatment of the stretch marks include application of almond/ cocunut oil in the morning after bath and topical retinoic acid 0.05% at night time. Also start taking cap vit e. It will take at least 3-4 months time before you will be able to appreciate difference, so you have to apply the creams daily. Also you can opt for fractional laser treatment for stretch marks that give also give good results with multiple sittings.

I am 53 year old woman all my bones are paining & particularly I have low back ache I am not taking any pain killers, once in a while I take acyclophenic 200 mg but I am taking ostrocalcium tab (2 tab) every day along with calcirol ( vitd3) tab once a week kindly suggest me few exercises or some other safe medicine

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. It' s good to know that you are taking your calcium and vitamin d supplementation, you need intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. Make a habit of long brisk walks of at least 30 in everyday, take proper care of your posture and it should be ok, if not we will have to get x rays and mri scans to actually see your pathology in detail.
