Keep yourself hydrated in this dry weather, take good amount of semi solids like shakes lemon juices, sugarcane juice, and lassie curds any of milk products like cold coffee, hot coffee, this will definitely benefit you. The flow is becoz of the reactionary action to over par the heat or dryness, this will go with rains, and get your blood check for aec this will tell you whether you require any medical treatment or not.

If color of your skin has changed over a period of time then you can change it with treatment but if originally you are having dusky complexion then it's really difficult to change the color to fair.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert. There is no permanent treatment for coeliac disease. Best way is to avoid wheet and wheet containing food items as chemical substance called gliadin present in those items is responsible for the problem.

You are getting the infection again and again due to some reasons, which you have to figure if are applicable in your case - 1. You may get folliculitis if you have damaged hair follicles. 2. Shaving or wearing clothes that rub the skin can irritate the follicles, which can lead to folliculitis. 3. They also can become blocked or irritated by sweat, machine oils, or makeup. When the follicles are injured, they are more likely to become infected. 4. Have an infected cut, scrape, or surgical wound. The bacteria or fungi can spread to nearby hair follicles. 5. Have a disease such as diabetes that lowers your ability to fight infection. My advise to you - wear lose clothes wash with antibacterial soap daily as soon as you see an infection is developing, apply clotrimazole.

Hello doctors, I am 25 years old male. I have very oily skin and whiteheads and lots of pimples over my face initially. It is over 10 years old problem. But in last few years it has started on the back and shoulders I have visited even one of the best skin specialist of the city. I have been drinking good amount of water 15-20 glasses and doesn't consume junk or fried food. Food at home is made with very less oil. I felt very good after a face cleanup and got less pimples since. Should I go to men saloon for face cleanup once or twice a month. I have been taking homeopathic medicines for stomach and thyroid. Kindly suggest me something without medicines, Please.

Hand exercise dear, you can do it, 1……. Make a Fist Hand and finger exercises can help strengthen your hands and fingers, increase your range of motion, and give you pain relief. Stretch only until you feel tightness. You shouldn't feel pain. Start with this simple stretch: •Make a gentle fist, wrapping your thumb across your fingers. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. Release and spread your fingers wide. •Repeat with both hands at least four times. Finger Stretch Try this stretch to help with pain relief and to improve the range of motion in your hands: •Place your hand palm-down on a table or other flat surface. •Gently straighten your fingers as flat as you can against the surface without forcing your joints. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and then release. •Repeat at least four times with each hand. Claw Stretch This stretch helps improve the range of motion in your fingers. •Hold your hand out in front of you, palm facing you. •Bend your fingertips down to touch the base of each finger joint. Your hand should look a little like a claw. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and release. Repeat at least four times on each hand. Grip Strengthener This exercise can make it easier to open door knobs and hold things without dropping them. •Hold a soft ball in your palm and squeeze it as hard as you can. •Hold for a few seconds and release. •Repeat 10 to 15 times on each hand. Do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Don't do this exercise if your thumb joint is damaged. Fruits you should eat during monsoon

As the mood and the weather goes, the only things we want to eat during the monsoons are hot and crunchy. However, immunity is at its lowest for all of us during this season, hence it is important that we also include in our diet, foods that are good for our health. Few fruits that are must haves during monsoons are:

1) Peaches - Peaches have vitamin c, which helps boost immunity and protects the skin against the humid weather. It also helps in weight loss.
2) Jamun - A monsoon fruit, jamun is not only low in calorie but is also full of iron, potassium, vitamins and folate, all of which are beneficial for the health, especially in this season.
3) Litchis - Rich in vitamin c, litchis help boost the body's resistance as well as immunity. Packed with anti-oxidants, litchis also assist weight loss.
4) Plums - Monsoon is that time for the year when almost everyone is seen to be falling sick. Plums help boost the body's immunity and protect it from seasonal diseases like cold and flu.
5) Cherries - Cherries help fight infections and the anti-oxidants present help soothe and relax the brain.
6) Pomegranates - This fruit is ideal for monsoons as its full of nutrients which assist in building and improving the immunity.

Generally, one's height is determined by the genes they inherit from the parents. 1. There is also no quick fix for the same. While, taking proper nutrition and increasing the intake of calcium rich foods can help in height growth. 2. Regular exercises, stretching regimes and maintaining the right posture can help as well. It is advisable to walk as tall as you possible as correct posture promote height growth. I want to reduce my belly fat. Can you suggest some food items along with exercises.
1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Take 1 tsf avipattikar churna empty stomach twice a day with water/ 20 days and 2 tab soothshekhar ras twice a day 30 min after meals with little water/10 days. 10. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care.

Hello, your bmi- 18.6 you need a weight gain eat 5-6 meals every day. Never skip meal. Consume 300-500 calories more drink your calories, drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories.

I used to shown several times to general Physian, Gastro & Pschcologisits. Every doctor is telling, I have a mental problem & so the physical problem are arises, I also feel the same; I am 35 Yrs old & male. History: I have several incidents in life which resulted depression in mind. I was taking oral chewing tobacco(Not pan gutkha), used to keep several hours in mouth, only I didnt used to keep during sleep, others all times I used to chew, last one month I had left tobacco all. I used to take alcohol 2 times weekly. I have blood pressure from last 4 Years, I am in medication ( Morning: Stamlo 5 one tab & Night: Telday 20 one Tab), genarally my BP used to at 135/90 mm I am married in 2012, still we do not have child. My problems are: 1. I used to get panic attacks frequently with fearing that I will get heart attack as I have high blood pressure& dizzines, at start I used to think that because of gas, after taking gas medicine it used to control, but when I have shown to doctor they have told it because your mind set, no problem with gas & also doctor medicine was taken for gas & felt well. 2.I used to get fear & Panic with fast heart bit very frequently(twice monthly), small small things I used to get fear.Do not have any courage or positive thinking/ or happiness or enthusisim on any activity. 2. I always be in Sadness( all negative thinking used to come in mind, mainly from past incidents, I cant forget past life histories) & I used to think I am only responsible for all. 3. Frequent very much gas problem some times with acidity & vomitting sensation, I got ulcer & H Pylori infection, I thought all gas, body irritation, mental problem(Fear) all beacuse of that, I had taken treatment for H Pylori & ulcer, but If I take small amount of chilli, I used to get very burning sensation , irritation & fear of disaster. 4. Before 9 yrs I had diagonised I had irritable bowl syndrome, I didnt get solid stool, I always get stool like liquid mud, If I get solid stool i feel very good. 5. I had bad habbit not to brush teeth regularly, I used to skip 3-4 days in a week. 6.I am not unable to forget old memories of life, which depress me more. 7. Even when my wife used to stay in alone in room I used to fear of some accidents, & i used to call her very frequently. 8. Everyday morning after I used to wake up at 4 am morning, and I used to go sleep at 10:30 pm, even at morning after rising from bed I feel sad, deprssed, & not get interest to go office. 9.I had shown to a pschycriatics, he had given some sleeping pills, which I had continued for 3 years daily, then by my will power I had stopped taking sleeping alopathic pills, By pranayam in morning I had got helped for sleeping, but only I used to sleep for 5-6 Hrs only. 10. I used to get feared dreams also. Test: Blood sugar is normal BP: 130/90 always, some times 150/100 Stress test done: No abnormality found 3D Echo done: No abnormalities found. Stool test: No abnormalities found Only H Pylori detected in stomach, all times loose motion, no tight stool has observed. I do Ramdev baba pranayam for 1 Hr in morning. Please help I am waiting for your reply.
