Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Do exercise regularly and get your blood checked for cbc , uric acid levels and revert back with reports and also take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

1.Let him do warm saline gurgling 2-3 times daily 2.Take Benadryl CR syp 2 tsf 2-3 times daily 3.Take crocin 500mg 2-3 times daily after food. 4.Drink plenty of water 5.Take rest 6.If no relief he has to take antibiotic after consulting doctor

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Pain in legs even after 2 months of regular running indicates lack of professionalism. You need to get good coach who can train you. Get proper diet. Use best quality shoes. Do not run on hard surfaces. Take lot of water before running and during exercises. Dehydration causes lot of damage to body. Recovery gets delayed.

I am having pain near around left side of my right knee veins since one week making it difficult for me to sit on floor or walk properly. The pain is only in and around left side of knee cap (not on joint) Sometimes the pain is unbearable and sometimes light but it has rarely stopped. Doc had suggested two blood tests. Results are as under: RF (serum) is 57.7 (Method: Immunoturbidimetric test) (20 considered normal) And Anti CCP is Less than 7 (Less than 17 is normal) (Method: Electro-Chemiluminescence) Is this RA? I am worried. Please advise.

Rheumatoid arthritis generally presents with symmetrical joint involvement, both sides of body, along with joint swelling and morning stiffness of joints, lasting for more than an hour. With these absent, and a negative anti-CCP, it is unlikely, not impossible to be RA. Maybe an excessive strain on knee cap, that requires avoiding aggravating activity, hot packs, painkiller ointment and physiotherapy. Your doctor may prescribe some painkillers to tide over acute phases. If there is no response in a week, you may opt for radiological tests. If you are doubtful about RA, you could see a rheumatologist.

* ask your family doctor to convince her. He will the best person to make her understand the advantages of using a walking aid. Once she knows the benefits, she will go for it. * make her talk to some one who is of her age and already uses the walker/cane. * tell stories of people falling and how they became housebound, but could have prevented a fall by using a walker/cane. * do not force her. Let her take her own time, but keep on convincing her in a more positive way. Regards!

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation by dipping feet in warm water. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
