Hello, Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress insufficient sleep or rest Overexertion Nutritional deficiencies A secondary headache is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart. Let me know about the readings, will give you medication accordingly. Also, get eyes tested. Medication: Meantime, can start with homoeopathic medicine - Bakson's Mig Aid tablet/ after every 2 hours.

Hye. Firstly green tea does not aid fat loss. It can support a little in terms of metabolism and provide antioxidants. Also, the efficiency of the polyphenol or the antioxidant properties will alter on storage depending on the type of tea used. Most often the green tea available to us does interact with the oxygen etc and is best had fresh. If you are looking for health benefits, you can surely remove 1 minute from your schedule to dip a tea bag into hot water.

Several things can be done to prevent cold: -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/milk). Avoid fatty foods or drinks with caffeine -Treatment: A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat.Take only lukewarm water to drink during the day -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily.

Fat is not all bad! However, there is a kind of fat that is bad fat. Our body needs fat and we don’t have to completely eliminate all fat from our diet. Here is how you can differentiate –

Good Fats vs. Bad Fats

1. Good Fats: Let's start with the good guys -- the unsaturated fats. These include polyunsaturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fats - when eaten in moderation can help lower cholesterol.
Polyunsaturated fats are found mostly in nut and vegetable oils - like olives; avocados; hazelnuts; almonds; cashews; sesame seeds; pumpkin seeds; and olive, canola, and peanut oils. They are also found in Omega-3s - found in fish, flaxseed and walnuts. These fats not only add flavour, they also help fight diseases right from diabetes to cancer.

2. Bad Fats: The bad ones are saturated and trans fatty acids. Both can raise cholesterol levels, clog arteries, and increase the risk for heart disease. Saturated fats are found in animal products: Meat, poultry skin, high-fat dairy, and eggs.
