Hi. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, E) do yoga and anuloma-viloma pranayam regularly for 20-30 minutes do all these things for 15 days…gives you good result…THANKS.

See main reason of hair fall & hair damage is due to infection in scalp skin, which easily goes into hairs follicles & causes hair fall, thinning of hairs, for control on hair fall you have to control on dandruff and infection. So if you want cure. Consult privately.

Hi Alan. Even good contraceptives have a small risk of pregnancy. Most of the contraceptive do not have a 100% success rate. In case you have delayed period, it would be a good idea ago do a pregnancy test and check. Do not worry. If its negative this delay is most likely due to hormonal disturbance. I could help you with. But lets just first rule out pregnancy. All the best.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Follow regular routines of getting up earlier in the morning, drinking 1-2 glass warm water boiled with ginger and tulasi leaves, go for a walk for one hour. Rest and finish your daily routines. Practice yoga and meditation. Avoid hot spiced and oily or junk food. Use fresh fruits and green vegetables and sprouts.

Dear Lybrate User, you may have come across a number of gimmicking advertisement of medicines which claim to decrease body weight in a very short time. Do not fall prey for such advertisement because the excess weight would not be shredded until each & every underlying cause of being overweight is diagnosed & treated. The basic role behind the process of accumulation of fat in human body is played by Metabolism. Metabolism is the set of life-sustaining chemical transformations within the cells of living organisms. The three main purposes of metabolism are the conversion of food/fuel to energy to run cellular processes, the conversion of food/fuel to building blocks for proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, and some carbohydrates, and the elimination of nitrogenous wastes. Accumulation of fat indicates that a considerable amount of the calories which you are taking daily is not used up by the body & is stored as fat. In order to lose the excess fat you need to increase your rate of metabolism. Once your rate of metabolism or BMR is increased your body will use up the excess calories stored as fat in your body. First of all you need to rule out the possibility of the presence of any hormonal disturbance that may be affecting your metabolism. Just conduct a total Thyroid profile test of all your blood (also Serum Testosterone level in case of males). If the reports are within normal limits then you should proceed further to increase your metabolism. If you find any abnormalities in the report you should immediately consult a doctor.

11 things your body does during missionary sex

A man and woman volunteered themselves to have their sexual parts taped so viewers can get an up close look at what happens during sex

A couple recently participate in an educational video where they had cameras attached to the woman’s vagina, nipples and the man’s penis.

They then had sex in the missionary position as narrators explained the effect of intercourse on their bodies and how it reacts to stimulation of erogenous zone.

Here are 11 things the video taught us.

1. In the missionary position, the vulva lips open slightly, allowing the penis to penetrate right up to the hilt.

2. Right off the bat, the woman gets direct stimulation of the clitoris from the pubic bone of the man.

3. The glands at the head of the penis are highly sensitive and rub along the vaginal canal so the position is highly stimulating for the man.

4. The woman’s nipple stay erect throughout intercourse

5. Penetration in this position is likely to lead to orgasm for the woman as it stimulates the G-spot.

6. The G-spot is an area of very sensitive tissue which is on the front wall of the vagina, about 2 or 3 inches in. During the missionary position, the penis will stimulate this.

7. As the woman approached orgasm, she may feel the beating of her vagina and a throbbing in her pelvis.

8. At climax, she experiences involuntary muscle spasms in the outer part of her vagina and anus.

9. The male orgasm causes semen to be ejaculated deep inside the vagina so sex in this position is much more likely to lead to pregnancy.

10. This position allows semen to collect at the cervix, on the neck of the womb, and this makes things easier for women trying to conceive.

11. After orgasm, the erection subsides rapidly, the major and minor vagina lips shrink back and both organs return to pre-arousal state.

At this age, acne are more common. There can be several reasons behind it. First of all, do not try to disturb the pimples with your nails. The black marks will subside on its own. Once in a month, loose your bowels using isabgol powder.(1 tsp in luke warm water during bed time) try to avoid soft drinks and oil fried items vis. Chicken fry, snacks, tikka like items. Drink at least 4-5 litres of water daily. Here I can suggest you some more medicines which will help to reduce the acne and for bright skin 1. Khadirarishtam (20 ml 2 times a day after food) 2. Acnovin cream (apply over the scars and acne after taking bath)

you may be having Hyper acidity 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day.

Gentle man stop using it immediately It contains steroid which already might have caused damage to ur skin It's not a fairness cream to use it daily It is advised as depigmenting cream in certain pigmentation diseases Anyway u have to stop it one day ,after stopping ur face becomes black b'cos of damage made by ur cream Consult Dr for further management Ur not using any sunscreen
