Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Revert after 1 month.

it is better to consume milk ,fruits ,juices to gain weight than these products.i personally would not recommend

Obviously your seating position is wrong. You have to sit on your buttocks with a straight back. Instead, most deskjob people slide forward in their chairs and end up putting all their weight on the tail bone which is the one you are describing. It is called coccidynia. If you have not had any injuries, then your seating position is at fault. Use pain killers and hot fomentation for a few days. Use a cushion on your seat and avoid placing weight on your tail bone. Land the weight on your buttocks. Lastly, you are overweight, try some diet and exercise to reduce your weight. The tailbone cannot tolerate even the normal body weight and you are putting overweight on it.

stiffness in the knee at this age is due to arthritis of the knee. depending on the extent of arthritis the treatment varies. Burning sensation in the foot is usually due to peripheral neuropathy and it may be due to diabetes or vit B 12 deficiency. Can you upload your mother's knee xrays?

I feel insomniac from last 2 weeks can not sleep properly. . I eat food lots then also I not sleepy at night . Dear lybrate user, may be something is bothering you. That is why you are losing sleep. You said you are worried about your future. But you are just 20 years old. You have lots of time to plan for your future. Have a goal in life. Think about what you want to become in life. And start working towards that dream. Have rational expectations from yourself. Work hard. If you have some personal issues to be resolved, try to discuss it with some one who you trust, and try to find best possible options. There will be challenges at every stage and age in life. Make yourself strong enough to face it. If you are sleeping in the afternoon, stop that. At night, before going to bed, close your eyes, take 10 deep breaths. With closed eyes concentrate on your head and tell your muscles to relax, then move towards face, relax facial muscles and this way help your entire body muscles to relax. If you wish, recite some verses from the holy koran which will help in calming your mind. Take care.

I was having my periods on 1st march 2016. We had unprotected sex from 1st march to 13 march. He didn't ejaculated inside me. He used removal method. My periods were due on 1st April 2016. But I haven't got yet. I took home pregnancy test on 5th and 7th April 2016. Both were negative. I dnt have any symptoms of pregnancy. Kindly guide.

If he did not ejaculate into you why worry the stress about your period will change the cycle your pt is negative its too early to get symptoms of pregnancy consult a gynecologist on our panel.

I am 22. And from last year I was having problem in my periods. Shortly I was diagnosed with pcos. M not able to understand what it is. Does it mean I will not get pregnant evr. As my ultrasound suggest that I have follicles in my left ovary where as my right overy does not have any follicles or cysts or anything. It is just little bit expand. Multiple follicles means you are ovary is producing multiple eggs but they are not maturing properly for conception but as it is not the case with right ovary so there might be mature follicles in that otherwis also with proper treatment it is possible to quite dome extent for you to conceive

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awakening in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bed time 6. Avoid day time sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes.

He is suffering from hypotonic bladder and the prostate is 37 from past 1 year he is taking selodol d4 /d8 and urotone for clear passage of urine regularly otherwise urine discharge stops. Also in the sonography report there is retention of130 ml. Doctors are also not confident about operating the prostate and not sure that after operation urine discharge will be proper sir please help.

Hypotonia or lazy bladder is condition when brain does not get information to empty the bladder due to many condition prostatic and other infection can cause it. please consult an experienced urologist and learn some exercise Which help in improving hypotonia it may improve till that time continue with the treatment under guidence of urologist.

What should I do for glowing my skin I drink amla juice, but now I stopped drinking it, I use to drink lots of water, is it enough to glow my skin? I don't want to apply any mask, scrub, paste, etc. On my face! Is water enough to get my skin glow or can you suggest me some other things to get my skin glowing? The one thing I don't want to do is applying anything on my face, it makes me irritating and annoying! If you have other options like water please suggest me I will be thankful of you!

Drinking water is a very good thing, if you have been doing this for more than two months, there must have been some improvement with your glow. But, you cannot expect your skin to glow any further just by drinking water. There are certain foods that improve your skin from inside or you can simply start with tablet nutraskin (natural skin therapy) to make your skin glow. If you do not like to apply face packs, make sure you cleanse and moisturise your skin daily.

apply volini gel on neck, do warm fomentation, in pain free period do neck exercises , by moving neck up down, left and right. avoid high pillow. it will help. if not ok in 3 weeks then do x ray cervical spine to clear doubt about cervical spondylitis take protein rich diet, do your thyroid profile test, once to find out any cause of hair fall.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

EXERCISE TIPS FOR DIABETICS

Regular exercise can lower blood glucose and possibly reduce the amount of medication you need to treat diabetes, or even eliminate the need for medication. Here are a few useful exercise tips:

Get your doctor’s approval before starting an exercise program
Start slowly with a low-impact exercise such as walking, swimming or jogging
Warm up for 5 minutes before starting to exercise and cool down for 5 minutes after
Avoid doing activity in extremely hot or cold temperatures. Choose indoor options when the weather is extreme
Drink plenty of water before, during, and after activity to stay hydrated
Always carry a source of carbohydratewith you so you’ll be ready to treat low blood glucose
Activities should be energizing but not overly difficult
Wear athletic shoes that are in good shape and are the right type for your activity
Try to exercise at the same time every day for the same duration. This will help control your blood sugar
Exercise at least three times a week for about 30 to 45 minutes
If you plan to exercise more than an hour after eating, it’s a good idea to have a snack.
If you use insulin, exercise after eating, not before
Test your blood sugar before, during and after exercising
Do not exercise when your blood sugar is more than 240
Carefully inspect your feet before and after activity for blisters, redness or other signs of irritation
Stop doing an activity if you feel any pain, shortness of breath or light-headedness.
Talk to your doctor about any unusual symptoms that you experience.

What is the symptoms of dengue and what is treatment when it will happen how to reduce this fever generally.
Symptoms of dengue fever sudden, high fever. Severe headaches. Pain behind the eyes. Severe joint and muscle pain. Fatigue. Nausea. Vomiting. Skin rash, which appears two to five days after the onset of fever. There is no specific medicine to treat dengue infection. If you think you may have dengue fever, you should use pain relievers with acetaminophen and avoid medicines with aspirin, which could worsen bleeding. You should also rest, drink plenty of fluids, and see your doctor. If you start to feel worse in the first 24 hours after your fever goes down, you should get to a hospital immediately to be checked for complications.

But this sort of depression does not stay for long. This depression gets cleared within a span of some weeks. The best option for you is to undergo counseling and depression related therapy.
