Hello lybrate-user! Take lot of calcium rich food! Once crack get healed pain should go off! Don't give much pressure on it ryt now if you still having pain! Give a slow start to everything! Once you r free from all sign and symptoms you can continue everything!

It is osteoarthritis. Get x Rays of your knee in standing position AP view. Lateral view in sitting. You will need some medicines and exercises. You can choose one of my packages....

My right neck shoulder and hand pains a lot. Doc said trapezius is in spasm. I use laptop a lot and smartphone too. I have long hair so I normally tie a jooda. Sometimes there is numbness in hand n fingers and sometimes there is pricking pain. I. M taking zerodol & multivitamins. But its not helping much.

Dear it's all because of the work strain that you are getting the problem. It may be associated with cervical spondylitis also as you say you have numbness in your hands and fingers. You need to do some exercises for your neck and keep ice pack on the trapezius. Wishing you good health.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

1. Take one tablet of crocin pain relief sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2. Apply volini gel twice daily 3. Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest if you have recurrent attack of neck pain a) take x ray/mri cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b) sometimes it could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) do physio therapy and neck exercise after consulting physiotherapist.

Not all patients of backache & pain joints need surgery. Most of them can be managed without operation morning stiffness in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Hope you did not have injury due to accident or fall. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Hii. Most of the time this problem happens because of reduced flexibility of the neck and improper sleeping position. It can also happen if you use too much of computers or mobile in a wrong posture especially before going to bed. The muscles do not relax properly and next day they are in spasm. Try to reduce using of computers and mobiles before bed time, stretch those muscles, relax your neck and then go to bed. Using pillow will not be a problem. Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 twice a day after lunch and dinner.
