Take 2-tab. Charcol at night before bed. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.This can help cure in constipation. take green veg., salaad in meal.grapes at night,one apple daily in morning. Banana in morning, juice,whole grain ,oats,more fiber meal,digestive foods, plenty of water during day and 1 glass of water before meal, avoid bad habits...stress ,alcohol, smoking, non-veg.,avoid fatty meal,oily foods. To confirm cause of constipation you may go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s,lft,blood sugar,cbc,usg whole abdomen ,x ray barium meal for examination for rectum,sigmoid, best tests is endoscopy for large intestine . Do not eat papaya if you diabetic. go for walk daily in morning.

I am 15 years old I was used so many creams like betnovate n clingel clinsol gel castor nf panderm plus and then caused acne which I suffering from I years I went to MGM government hospital which is in Jamshedpur in this hospital I was gone to skin specialist doctor and he gives me a oral medicine which is isotretinoin and a gel which is tyret c a composition of clindamycin and tretinoin gel but my pimples got red I used this gel 1 month but my face get red pimples when I washed my face my pimples crack and cause blood please say me sir what to do.

1.No alcohol 3.No smoking/ tobacco 4.Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Eye strain is known to cause fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and headaches Eye strain may lead to other problems, such as: • Headaches • Difficulty Concentrating • Irritability • Burning Sensation • Watery Eyes • Dry Eyes • Photophobia • Eye Pain 1. The first thing you can do is change your environment and work habits. By doing this you can relieve the pain without spending money on treatment. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Hello,Homoeopathic medicine for acne acne scars is Berberis Aquafolium mother tincture.take 5 drops of it mix with water , twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day . 3. wash your face with besan and curd , mix a pinch of turmeric also. 4. Apply Bio valley's skin lightening cream 5. Hi, I can understand your feelings. This is post traumatic stress. Generally it fades away with time. But if you r still feeling it then please see a professional counsellor or a psychiatrist asap. And immerse yourself in to some positive activities like sports, music. Also share your feelings with some friends. Go for a brisk walk daily for at least half an hour.

From last 10 years or above I have a cracked heels. So Please Suggest me some foot care creams or home remedies to heal my foot. I have lot pain in legs due to deep cracks. I went to parlours several times but it's of no use. One of the parlour they used some surgical blade also though it was cleaned at that time but after few days again same problem arise. Hello lybrate-user, you need to follow some steps regularly to heal and prevent cracked heels. They are as follows - 1. Scrubbing and exfoliating- soak your feet in warm water + 1/4 th cup listerine + 1/4th cup vinegar, soak atleast for half an hour and then scurb with pumic stone. 2. Once the dead skin is scrubbed apply moderate quantity of good moisturiser, wrap your each foot with cling and wear socks. Keep it whole night. 3. Deficiency of omega - 3 can also cause cracks.
