I am 22 year old. I am suffering from headache from last 4 months. I have used many medicines but I did not get some ...
Hello, Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress Insufficient sleep or rest Overexertion Nutritional deficiencies A secondary headache is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart. Let me know about the readings, will give you medication accordingly. Also, get eyes tested as headache over the eyebrows is related to your weak eyesight or weak eye muscles. Medication: Meantime, can start with homoeopathic medicine - Bakson's Mig-Aid tablet/ after every 2 hours.

Psoriasis is an auto immune disease and we can control it but not cure it fully and if it has lead to arthritis than you will have to take medication but also contact a Rheumatologist for further guidance.

Feeling sad for your loss is okay but feeling continuously depressed is not healthy for you. Loss of someone you love is a trauma that you are suffering from. If you are not able to concentrate on other things then you should consider seeking help from a psychiatrist for counselling. You might need some help with cbt, a form of counseling that would certainly help you. Medicines can be given if necessary. Take care.

Hello, It entirely depends upon your and your wife's genes so eating anything will not make any difference in your baby's skin color.

Peanut Allergy Diet!

MBBS, Diploma In Child Health
Pediatrician, Hyderabad
Peanut Allergy Diet!

General guidelines for peanut allergy

The key to an allergy-free diet is to avoid all foods or products containing the food to which you are allergic. If you are allergic to peanuts, you will need to avoid peanuts and foods that contain peanuts. It is necessary to read all food labels.

How to read a label for a peanut-free diet:

In addition to peanuts, avoid foods that contain any of the following ingredients:

  • Artificial nuts (Nu-Nuts)

  • Beer nuts

  • Ground nuts

  • Mixed nuts

  • Monkey nuts

  • Peanut butter

  • Peanut flour

  • Peanut oil

Foods that may contain peanuts

These foods may also contain peanuts:

  • African, Chinese, Mexican, Thai, and other ethnic dishes

  • Baked goods

  • Candy

  • Cereals

  • Chili, spaghetti sauce

  • Crackers

  • Egg rolls

  • Enchilada sauce

  • Flavoring (natural and artificial)

  • Hydrolyzed plant protein

  • Hydrolyzed vegetable protein

  • Ice creams, frozen yogurts, Tofutti

  • Marzipan

  • Nougat

Other sources of peanuts

These food sources may also contain peanuts:

  • Studies show that most people with allergies can safely eat foods containing peanut oil—except peanut oil that is cold-pressed, expressed, or expelled.

  • Ethnic foods, commercially prepared baked goods, and candy can be cross-contaminated with peanuts since peanuts are often used in these types of foods.

  • Peanut butter and/or peanut flour have been used in homemade chili and spaghetti sauce as thickeners.

  • Hydrolyzed plant and vegetable protein may be from peanuts in imported foods.

I presume that you are talking of Kidney sstones. 1) Drink plenty of clean water.- Drinking at least four liters of water every day will not only help prevent kidney stones from forming, but also quickly eliminate any small stones that may have already formed. 2) Add fresh lemon, lime and apple cider vinegar to daily beverages. -Taking this a step further, adding fresh lemon or lime juice, or apple cider vinegar, to your beverages throughout the day will help alkalize your body, effectively blocking the formation of kidney stones. These alkalizing juices will also help quickly dissolve any existing stones that might be present in your kidneys, keeping them clean and stone-free. 3) Eat foods that are naturally high in calcium - Dietary calcium actually binds with calcium oxalate, the substance that makes up most kidney stones, and crystallizes and flushes it from the body before it has a chance to form into stones. The best foods in this category include leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, nuts and seeds, and raw, grass-fed milk and butter 4) Supplement with magnesium citrate, B vitamins every day-, Be sure to eat plenty of magnesium-rich foods every day -- these include avocados, broccoli, raw cacao, beans, bananas, and lentils 5) Stick to a 'low oxalate' diet. - Eliminate high oxalate foods from your diet if you have a propensity for kidney stones. Such foods include black tea, grains, and certain nuts and vegetables.

An usg is a must to diagnose gall bladder, treatment can be planned only after usg is done, it could be simple acidity also, or some other concern in liver, so first thing is get investigation done and then see your doctor again. Gallbladder stone is more of a surgical problem but all should be decided once usg is done, do not worry and get investigation done as advised by the doctor who is seen you.
