Get your refraction done and wear spectacles Eat green veggies. Carrots. Strain less your eyes. Relax your eyes in between work. Blink regularily if working for long time on computer. Lower the brightness of your screen. Work under adequately illuminated conditions. If needed wear corrective spectacles. These r few things you can take care of. Otherwise as such no options available which wd increases your eyesight.

Do regular exercise like weight lifting, yoga, push ups and other muscle building. Eat extra. Do not skip meals. Eat more frequently than before. Use refined foods extra. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Use whole cream milk. Take more fish, egg, meat etc. Use more healthy fats. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals.

If you are trying to gain weight, make sure that you are doing it in a healthy way. To gain weight you must consume simple foods for weight gain, which has enormous amount of calories & protein. Consuming lot of calories doesn’t mean that you have to over eat or over stuff yourself. You must always choose healthy sources of calorie dense foods. You must eat natural and simple foods for weight gain. Eat foods with high amount of calories than your required metabolism. Never skip your meals and make sure you are including all varieties of foods like fruits, vegetables, cereals and foods with high protein in your diet. Take 3 major meals & 3 - 4 small meal. Dairy products like milk, yoghurt and cheese are rich in protein and calcium. If you are vegetarian then include Egg & meat Egg is a protein rich food with high amount of calories. Nuts are the most nutritious and protein rich food. Fruits are the best sources of carbohydrates, healthy sugars, vitamins and minerals. Don't forget to take sufficient water.

General moodiness is likely to be a part of everyone's life, but in some circumstances, changes in mood may be severe and have an effect on health and daily function. When rapid or frequent mood shifts seem to occur without a cause or when they affect one's behavior, well-being, or typical function, the support of a therapist or other mental health professional may be helpful. Mood swings are often associated with persistent expectations for bad things to happen or, in other words, negative thinking. For example, you might be waiting to hear back from a job and assume you didn't get it after only a day has passed. Or maybe your mother has informed you that she has something to tell you and you immediately assume that she's deathly ill. Not only is this kind of negative thinking often inaccurate, it can also dramatically affect your mood and lead you to feel very angry and upset, typically for little to no" real" reason.[1] there are two different tricks you can try for dealing with such unhealthy automatic thinking: take a step back and relax. Secondly, overgeneralizing is another way that you may lead yourself into a bad mood. Maybe you had a bad interaction on a date or with a co-worker. So what? you may think this means that you'll never find love or that you're going to be fired, but you shouldn't let this one situation or conversation make you feel like it's indicative or determinant of other trends in your life. This kind of generalizing is bound to make you moody and upset, but there is a way to counteract it. Remind yourself that what happened was an isolated incident. Instead of assuming one incident (such as a disagreement with a coworker or date) is reflective of your entire relationship with this person, consider it as a one-off and something that doesn't happen very often. Remind yourself of all of the success you have had in this realm, whether it's your work life or your romantic life, and you'll be able to calm down a bit and realize that there's no need to get all worked up about it. Maintain a well balanced diet and exercise regularly. Consult a psychologist for mood monitoring.

For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Avoid bakery products. Avoid too much rice and potato. Avoid fried stuff. Avoid chocolate, cakes, ice cream, soft drinks and fruit juices. Eat lots of vegetables. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week. Insulin will work better if taken in combination with diet and exercise.

Dear, These are the causes of pimples: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland ) . • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples- • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. All vegetables are a good source of nutrients. You can eat plenty of vegetables as they are low in calories. Avoid fruits which are very sweet in taste (also fruit juices). Your total calories depends on your work and activity level. Having unpolished pulses and multigrains is a better option. Avoid refined foods in your daily diet. Drink enough water to maintain hydration. In order to revive health only eating right is not enough, you should exercise daily if possible. Keeping stress away is equally important. Taking your medicines on time and checking your blood sugar levels regularly is the right approach.
