I am unable to satisfy my wife during sexual relation. Please suggest me for boosting food for same.
Hi sir. During sex there are many ways to make your wife satisfy and also many problems that makes your wife unsatisfy (eg erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, loss of libido, lack of foreplay etc. But you didn't mention about the problem that making your wife unsatisfy but anyhow I'll share some general tips. If your having comorbid illness like diabetes, hypertension control it .Be fit always, if obese reduce weight, involve in foreplay for atleast 15 mins before intercourse, do not hesitate to ask your wife whether she enjoy the sex if not ask wt she needs and loves to do. Avoid smoking and alcohol, regular exercise especially kegel exercise to improve blood flow to your genital organs, includes fruits and vegetables in your diet, nuts and aphrodistic foods like redbanana, drumstick, nut meg (jathikai roasted in ghee and grind it and take two spoons of nutmeg with class of milk. Take pomegranate and watermelon juice before going to bed. Try to consult Sexologist and find out the problem.

Hi, Headache could be because of various reasons. Your headache could be due to stress/fatigue/tension or it could be an indication to another type of headache called migraine. Since the exact cause of your headache and symptoms are not known, I would advise the following - 1. Try to take adequate rest. 2. Distract yourself from TV/ Computer or anything that puts a pressure on your eyes and head. 3. Keep yourself stress free. 4. Try to take adequate sleep. 5. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500mg after taking food (as and when required). Share your symptoms in detail including status of your blood pressure and eye sight, I will prepare an advice accordingly. ***Get Well Soon*** “Yoga/meditation has a great relaxation power.”

Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. Add 5 drops lavender oil and 3 drops ylang-ylang oil to warm bathwater and enjoy a nice soak.

Dear , it seems you have stricture of urethra. Self intermittent catheterisation is not right treatment. When urine flow slows down then get urethral dilatations till you reach a stage when dilation is done once a year. Second alternative would be viu which would be semi permanent and can give you relief for a long time.
