It is because of low hb that you r having body pain and to increase your heamoglobin value apart from medication eat green vegetables, jaggery, carrots, beet etc.

I have under gone by pass surgery. I am a diabetic and asthmatic. Cabg done four months back. diabetes 30 years. Asthmatic 40 year's back .now my age is 64 year's. Suggest. Me The medication. Now I am on humininssulin 30/70 15 unit's BD for asthma I take inhaler asthalin. For cardiac I take betaloc 25 BD. Lipikind plus. And diabetes galvusmet 50/500.

Lucky you were not considered for CABGx3, surgery which was essentially next stage .....triple bypass done to reperfuse parts of the heart that are not receiving enough blood flow.....so try yoga meditation ,good heart nutrition like pure DHA from omegas , free from saturated fats ,sugars , lot of water and prayers to GOD SUN for 15 mts for natural Vit B ....if may need some ready made items ask for it

Dear lybrate user, you should take the following medications as directed:- 1) 5 drops of homoeopathic sulphur 200 once in a week. 2) 5 drops of homoeopathic aesculus hip 30 at early morning daily before brushing teeth 3) 5 drops of homoeopathic podophyllum 30 before going to bath daily. 4) 5 drops of homoeopathic hamamelis 30, just one hour before dinner daily. If you experience bleeding during stool then you need to carry on the following home-therapy:- i) pour about 50ml of liquid betadine in a tub of lukewarm water & stir it until it is mixed. Ii) sit inside that tub of lukewarm water in a squatting position so that the betadine mixed water can come in contact with the point of bleeding. Iii) maintain this position for at least 30 minutes daily. Follow the aforesaid rules & continue the aforesaid medication for one month.

I am a slight diabetic and have about 11- of Fasting Blood Sugar count, with 190 OF Post Postprandial Count. I also have Triglyserides of about 300 mg/Dl, Are this responsible for my Long evacuation time of URINARY Discharge? It takes me pretty long time to empty my bladder and I always feel it is not empty, after urinating. A Few years back in Hindhuja I was told I have enlarged prostrate. Could this be another reason?

Enlarged prostate is the main reason of delayed emptying of the bladder and long evacuation time. Better to get a serum PSA test. Enlarged prostate needs treatment as per its size. You can start with TAB. FINAST-T once a day x 3 months and check USG PROSTATE ( KUB) again after 3 months.

Hello, for skin allergy, take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's rhus tox. 30 and urtica urens 30 - both thrice daily for 4 weeks. Revert. (ruling out cancer is multi step procedure where family history of cancer, other signs, symptoms and investigative procedures all together collectively taken into consideration). General symptoms may include: unintentional weight loss, fever, excessive fatigue and changes to the skin.

Please use -- natural aphrodisiacs which can improve your libido and prevent premature ejaculation. This would include carrots, fennel seeds, celery, bananas, garlic, onion, ginger, shellfish, lettuce etc. - including these foods in your daily diet will ensure that you remain free from sexual problems, including premature ejaculation. Also take a dose of acid phos 1m/single dose and revert after 2 weeks. Avoid watching porn.

1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin b contributes to good mental health. While omega 3 fatty acids help with both depression and anxiety. Whole grain foods boost serotonin and helps us remain poised. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings. Do not panic. Initially take shivakshar paachan chooran and gashar vati 1 tsp - 2 tab with warm water after meals. Tarunikusumakar chooran 1 tsp at night with warm water. Do it for one to two weeks.
