I am 25 year boy I have a neck pain for 6 months and is there any way to stop the pain in the neck. I am unable to do work with this neck pain so help me to solve this.

1. Take one tablet of crocin pain relief sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2. Apply volini gel twice daily 3. Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest if you have recurrent attack of neck pain a) take x ray/mri cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b) sometimes it could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) do physio therapy and neck exercise after consulting physiotherapist.

Daily masturbation is definitely harmful. It can cause erectile dysfunction, early discharge, sperms count and size problem of penis.

Let thirst be your guide for water intake. Drink as and when thirsty and do not ignore your thirst. Too much n too little water both r not good.

Recently diagnosed I have rt throat polyp. My age 47and weight 62kg. Please give me some advice. What type of treatment I should take for recover my voice. I am a little singer.

If there is a single polyp and if it large enough then it will require surgery (mls microlaryngeal surgery. Speech therapy and other conservative measures are useful in case of early vocal nodules.

Hi lybrate-user tips for healthy life 1. Always eat your breakfast 2. Keep eating at regular intervals of 2-3 hours 3. Make sure to have 2 serving of fruits and 3 serving of vegetables 4. In between your major meals have nuts or roasted canna or fruits 5. Have salad before your meals 6. Drink at least 8-10 glass of water 7. Limit the intake of processed food 8. Include pulses, whole grain and lean protein in your diet 9. Go for brisk walk for at least 30 minutes 10. Sleep for 7 hrs for good health.

Hy doctor. From past 5-6 days am suffering from severe throat ache.. I am not able to swallow light food even. I feel like somebody is poking my throat with a needle.. Pain is too much. Just hope it won't be too serious. And I hv left cold drinking water n also I hv done gargles but I didn't see any notice.

Your should get your throat examined for any ulcers or odd infections. Continue with salt water gargles in the meantime.

Hello, PCOS or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. The most common symptoms are: Acne.Weight gain and trouble losing weight.Extra hair on the face and body.Thinning hair or even hair loss on scalp.Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding.Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant(infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk Walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do.Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods.Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.
